We come back ery year!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The concierge service was very helpful in arranging things ahead of time. Check in was a breeze. Susanna was spectacular. She made breakfast for us every morning of the week were were there and dinner for us on four nights and we were very impressed with her cooking skills. Overall, the unit is even better than described in the listing. We would absolutely love to return someday.

The view and the property were amazing! We were spoiled by Susana with her delicious food and incredible housekeeping! We loved being near town and the fitness area! It was the perfect combination of relaxation and fun family activities!

Having Susana cooking and cleaning was definitely a highlight at this property. The location/views are incredible.

We had a wonderful time. The condo was perfect for our group of seven. As others have stated, it’s important to know that the 4th and smallest bedroom also houses the washer/dryer and is used by the cook/maid during the day. Our friend who took that room got up early and out of the room before Susana came each morning around 8:00 so it wasn’t a problem. Look at the photos and floor plan of the rooms provided; they are accurate. Susana, the housekeeper/cook was great! 5 stars to her! She was so pleasant and cooked delicious meals and cleaned thoroughly. (I hope she has a well paid vacation soon! She works so hard. ) We enjoyed sitting on the ocean view patio that was well shaded most of the day. The tables are so large that is was hard to pass shared plates at the dining table or play games outside. We thought lazy Susan’s would help. The condo is well located for an easy walk into town and the golf cart was great for getting to the beach clubs. I would go back.

Our stay in Punta Mita was once again fantastic! This marked our 11th visit to this condo, and each time has been nothing short of fabulous. From Rosina's warm welcome to the lush accommodations and Susana's exceptional hospitality and delicious meals, it's a flawless experience. If I could, I would rate this place 6 stars without hesitation.

We stayed in this condo with another couple, a few years ago. The condo is spectacular with the primary bedroom having a beautiful view of the ocean. There is paddle boarding and surfing right out front as well as a private pool for the building. This condo also came with a chef, Susanna! She was fabulous. She cooked homemade breakfast and lunches. Some of the best Mexican food we have ever had! Also, the location is very close to the town of Punta Mita. You can just walk through the locked gate to restaurants and shopping and markets. It came with a golf cart as well, which enabled you to go to different private beach clubs. The cost of the beach clubs was covered with the rental of this property. We look forward to going back.

We loved how centrally located this property is and it has beautiful views. It's a quick walk to town and restaurants and none of the beach clubs are too far away. Susana is an excellent chef and the condo was pristine. Travelers should be aware that the fourth bedroom/laundry is very small. It was too small for the two 16 yo's that stayed there. I wouldn't recommend putting anyone in there aside from small kids. Also, the laundry is in constant use by Susana. The girls felt like they had zero privacy and that she would come in mornings to change laundry while they were still sleeping. Privacy was an issue: while it was great having housekeeping, as soon as you were out of bed (and often in the en suite bathroom), Susana was in making the bed. We were also unprepared for needing to pay cash for everything at the property: surf lessons, an extra golf cart, groceries that are purchased for your meals, transportation...we of course brought cash but needed much more than $500. You need about $1500 in cash, depending on what you do. Both Wendy and Rosina, the concierges, were great. Helpful and quick to respond. All in all, we had a lovely stay and now know what to expect. 1/5/2024 at 9:16 PM

We have stayed at hdm206 many times and it was another perfect stay. Rosina is always lovely to work with and there is nothing like a breakfast cooked by susanna. the villa is just beautiful and we love our stay here every time. We will as always return. Thank you for making it another beautiful holiday!

Just returned from a week at this condo in Punta Mita with my wife and daughter and it was fabulous. The description of the property doesn’t really do it justice. Having rented houses all over North America in the last 20 years this was one of the best most professional experiences we have had. Everything about the condo and surrounding property is exceptional. Bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable with separate thermostats (AC worked great), bathrooms were spotless and lots of hot water. The pool area and beach are incredibly clean. Ocean out front is swimmable and if you surf there is a great break (good for beginners) right out front. We always felt completely safe and were all over the 1500 acres in the golf cart provided. There are 4-5 excellent restaurants a 2-minute walk away. Our concierge Rosina was responsive and can arrange dinner reservations, excursions etc. Suzanna prepared great authentic Mexican breakfast and lunch for us as well as a tasty dessert or 2. The beach clubs all have their own vibe with great food and staffed by outstanding and friendly employees. We will definitely be back next year!

From start to finish this apartment is simply fantastic. Susannah is an incredible chef and keeps the apartment immaculate. There were 7 of us there celebrating my sisters birthday (mix of US and UK) and each of us had the exact same thought, WOW! it is s clean and comfortable and the diversity of beach club options is amazing Our favorite was Kupuri but Pacifico was certainly 1.a. Drinks at at Mita Mary for sunset are a must. The best part all of these clubs can be accessed for free with this rental. Once there drinks and food are reasonable and the service is second to none. You have a six seat cart to get from place to place, though my wife and I walked the 2 miles to Kupuri each day for a little exercise. You can also walk into town and have dinner at amazing seaside restaurants (Rustica and Pescadora were our favorites). We loved it - family all ranked it over our recent trips to Hawaii and Puerto Rico. The property was just as pictured, the food was amazing, and the location is fantastic. Our excursion to the Marietas islands and snorkeling was also outstanding. No complaints. We did find that the shuttles set up by the concierge was quite a bit more expensive than other options, but you're paying for a more professional transport, nicer vehicle etc.

We had a wonderful stay in Punta Mita. The condo was beautiful and very comfortable. Between the concierge service and having Susana at the house, everything was very easy to coordinate, including meals, transportation, and activities. The location is great, and we enjoyed being just a few steps from “town,” as well as visiting the beach clubs via golf cart.

There are no words to describe this amazing place! And what really makes this place so wonderful? Susana! She went above and beyond to make us the most delicious food. So fresh! Do yourself a favor and book this place just for her. Rosina was there as well to answer any questions and helped us with the extra golf cart rental. We had access to the other resorts which were wonderful! We actually took a day and hung out at the pool in front of the condo and thoroughly enjoy! Stop scrolling and book this place!

Beautiful View

We just wrapped up a wonderful spring break in Punta Mita at this property. We had two families with three teenagers, and all of us had a great time. The location is pretty much perfect for us with a mix of a very safe complex that is quiet and well looked after, combined with being right next door to the little town and a private gate to access restaurants, grocery stores, and a lot of fun places to visit. The property is very nice and spacious with plenty of room and privacy between the various rooms. I was a bit worried we would hear the neighbors upstairs but you really can't hear anything other than the ocean, especially when you keep your door open at night. The best part of the entire experience in this unit is without question the service, hospitality and outrageously good cuisine offered by the incomparable Susana. We read plenty of reviews where she was mentioned, but after eating her food for about a week I can say none of the reviews were overinflated because we had the best Mexican food of our lives -- (and we live in San Diego so there's some experience there...) Susana was accommodating for our dietary needs and timing for breakfast and lunch with full activities during the day. Between the shrimp enchiladas, ceviche, huevos rancheros, and the best flan we've ever had, it was hard to choose which meal we enjoyed more. When she calls out in the house, "Listos!" everyone ran to the table to see what she had prepared for us, and every time we were blown away. Location, property, all of that is fine, come for that, but STAY for Susana! A few tips.... This was our first trip to Punta Mita so I figured I'd share a few tips if this is your first time too. You don't need a rental car at all, just arrange for airport transfers with the concierge team. You can take a trip to Sayulita via Uber or van. Like others, we didn't get groceries ahead of time because you can just golf cart your way down there to the Mercado Ollin store and load up on whatever you need, it is a full service grocery store. If you're planning to surf, ask the concierge to set you up with Sapo who can hook you up with great fiberglass boards and even take you over to a spot called Bahia about 10 minutes around the corner on his panga boat. We had a blast there. Bring surfboard tie downs for the golf cart. You'll want to take the golf cart to La Lancha which is a fun beach break. Go early because it get super crowded. Plug in golf cart there!!

We had the pleasure of staying this last week. It's the first time I have been on a trip with our kids and it felt like a vacation for myself as well. Susana helped with all the cooking, cleaning and groceries. I didn't have to do any of it. What an absolute treat for this mama! I got to focus on reading a book, snuggling with my kiddos or chatting with the family. Thank you so much for having us. We will be back!

You can't go wrong staying at Hacienda De Mita 206!

All good in every way. Only clarification needs to be on the access card that came with the place. We thought we would get a member price for golf greens fees but instead had to pay full retail. Also access to the health club is not pure, $20/person per visit plus cannot access until after noon each day. The morning we were there and willing to pay we were turned away, and there was no one in the gym. Other than that the condo was fantastic and beautiful, and the service was very good.

This rental was everything we were hoping for and more. It was magical. Susana is amazing. Breakfast prepared each morning was so nice, so relaxing. The 6 seater golf cart was so convenient. Proximity to town amazing. We cannot wait to return! I have only 1 comment that is not a ringing endorsement: this is not really a 4 bedroom condo. The 4th “bedroom” with the bunk beds is really a laundry room/housekeeping storage space that has bunk beds in it. Susana needs to come and go from it often and the laundry machine is loud. There are no drawers or a closet to store clothing, so it is not a realistic place for anyone other than children ages 7-9 or so to sleep if they can store their clothes in their parents’ room. Other than that this place is incredible and for our party it was beyond comfortable. We loved every moment! OWNERS Comment: I'm so sorry our maid did not show you the very large closet with 3 large pull out drawers for this bedroom just across the hall. Also, this 4th bedroom has a full bath, a large 52" TV, a chair and a standup cabinet. Yes, there is also a washer/dryer in a separate enclosed closet in this room. However, very sorry about any inconvenience you may have had with this bedroom as kids usually love it.

This is the perfect family condo. Beautiful space, friendly and helpful property manager (thanks Mike!), and a wonderful housekeeper and chef (thank you Susannah!). Clean, spacious, unique and attractive design, we’ve been back many times and will keep returning!

Condo is beautiful and right on the beach. Housekeeper was there every day doing our laundry and ironing sheets. She made us yummy breakfast every day. Condo is right beside town and easy to access 8 different restaurants. Felt very safe. Played Bianca and Pacifico golf courses and check out the 4 different beach clubs. Bring beach shoes for water if you want to go out paddle boarding......will help with pebbly beach! People paddle surf on this beach every day.

We loved our stay - from the moment Carlos picked us up at the airport - to Rosina greeting us at the home with margaritas and guacamole - to waking up the first morning to the smell of Susana brewing coffee and preparing chilaquiles - to the stunning beachfront views - to beach clubs and returning home to more margaritas, guacamole and ceviche prepared fresh every day! We can’t say enough about the amazing service and Susana is an incredible cook. We felt welcomed and cared for every step of the way! We would highly recommend this condo. Rosina, Susana and the entire team will make your vacation unforgettable!

We had a great stay at HDM. The accomodations are very nice, Susana was a fantastic cook and everything was very clean. The Concierge services prior to arrival as well as upon arrival were very responsive. Having a golf cart with our rental was very useful and we were able to run around everywhere within Punta Mita in it. We were able to zipline, snorkel at Las Marietas and visit Hidden Beach, golf, take cooking lessons and as a extra bonus, release newly hatched Ridley turtles at the Four Seasons. Pools were being worked on and Beach Club at the property also closed, but plenty of options still were available. Had some problems initially with the air conditioning, but everything smoothed out by the end of the stay. Being on the same floor as the garage and above the pools overlooking the beach was a fantastic location. We had just a fabulous time at HDM206.

Loved the location and amenities of this property. Our concierge,Cynthia, was great at making reservations, scheduling transportation and excursions and arranging the shuttle. We loved having the golf cart and access to various beach clubs. I would recommend not having them shop for you because the market is so close by. I highly recommend the in house massage!

Punta Mita is a hidden gem for one thing. Great development and very safe. It will be our go-to location when visiting Mexico again. Secondly, the property description doesn’t do it justice for the beach clubs you have access to and the access to the resort property in general. On top of that, you have easy walking access to excellent restaurants off the resort property in the Punta Mita village. Plus Susana staffing the condo for both daily cleaning and cooking is a surprising amenity. We enjoyed her meals that she prepared as much as any during our stay. I highly recommend the property.

We loved this place and trip! One of our all time favorite places. We took our four little kids- loved having a safe place to stay with quick access to amazing beaches. Susana was also so great with Cleaning and cooking. We will definitely be back again. Thank you for such amazing memories.

This is the third time I have stayed in HDM206, and will ONLY stay here! Not only is the place gorgeous, comfortable, and right on the beach….but it comes with the magical, wonderful, Susana who caters to all of our needs and is a fabulous cook! Until next year….

We've never been to Punta de Mita before and Hacienda de Mita was the ultimate treat in experience everything it had to offer. The property was magnificent. The accommodations were luxurious and Suzanna was, by far, the biggest highlight for us. She became an instant hit not only with her delicious meals but her big smile, inviting demeanor, and general concern for our enjoyment. She's been in the same unit working every week for 14 years. She's simply the BEST. The golf cart worked great and had no issues. The golf was spectacular but I'd highly recommend bringing a couple of sleeves of balls ahead of time, otherwise, the pro shop will charge you $47 USD per sleeve. You can buy a box of ProV's for that and you'd get 4 sleeves. The "town" is litterally next to Hacienda de Mita and is an easy walk. I didn't discover that until day 2 after we drove the cart there. You'll find some great restaurants to explore and some really unique dishes. Other than that, there's really nothing else there. We didn't venture out to the beach clubs that much. We found the beach in front to be our jam and the pool was great. Honestly, the anticipation of Suzanna's lunch kept us close which should tell you about how good it really was. Ordering something from a club instead of her cooking would have been a massive misstep. My only hiccup for the week came at the pool just below the building. I like to exercise with water weights, and I didn't notice the rule that clearly stated the pool opens at 8a. While I believe this is primarily for young kids eager to play, I was quiet and not making any disturbing noise when a security guard approached me about getting out. Without any provocation from me, he was arrogant and rude to a point that I notified our concierge. Perhaps he had a bad night/morning but that's not the level of service we were accustom to during our stay. We'll be back. Can't wait to enjoy everything Hacienda de Mita has again. There was too much to do in a week so we look forward to being returning guests next year. Thanks again for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful property!

We were thrilled to have stayed at this home. The attention provided by Susana and our Concierge went above and beyond -- from handling pre-trip planning and being available once in Punta de Mita. The entire vacation was perfect and stress-free. The villa was beautiful and the perfect location for amazing sunrises and sunsets and breaching whales!!! Thank you!!! And we will be back soon!

This was our first time at HDM 206. Our expectations were exceeded. Susanna was spectacular and cannot say enough good things about her. The location was excellent. Close to the little town of Punta Mita, and a great location to go to all of the beach clubs. We enjoyed them all! The view from the Condo kept us entertained throughout our stay. We watched paddle boarders, surfers and families enjoying the beach. We also witnessed several whales breaching just offshore. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back.

This was our second Thanksgiving here at HDM 206. The second time was even better than the first. The bunk room is now air conditioned. The location is perfect and so very safe. Susana made great breakfasts and lunches. We enjoyed walking into the little town for dinner. Everyone is so friendly and the meals were good. We particularly enjoyed Casa Teresa. Susana keeps the condo spotless. The teens really enjoyed the beach clubs. We would love to return Published Dec 3, 2021

We had a great vacation and we’re very happy as a first time guest of HDM206. Location was great and we loved having the sounds of waves right outside our deck. We had an issue with the golf cart provided but it was handled swiftly by Rafa who was a great concierge contact. Susana was great too. I will say the 4th bedroom is super tiny - maybe it should be a 3 1/2 room place and probably only suitable for children. Access to the beach clubs is a huge plus and the new Serf club was fantastic. Thanks for a great vacation.

The place, location and amenities were incredible all around! Not only is the place very comfortable and quiet but equally close to town and the four to five beach clubs in the community. I underestimated how awesome it would be to have a golf cart and be able to drive around easily to the different beach clubs. To top it off, Susanna, the house maid and chef, made it feel like home, cooked incredible meals and kept the place spotless throughout the stay. It was also great to have Cynthia as our daily contact for anything we needed at the house or around the community. All around, it was one of our best family vacations we’ve taken and one of the few places we would for sure go back to!

The condominium was clean and well furnished. The owner takes pride in his property. The housekeeper and cook was a real gem. We will visit again.

Due to the COVID pandemic it took about 15 months of a delay to get there. But we were so thankful to finally arrive. The home is beach front and so beautiful and comfortable and exactly as advertised. Susanna, our cook was so gracious and her meals were delicious. She is Spanish speaking so we used a voice translation App and that helped a lot. You get beach club passes with the home and we used them at Pacifico Beach Club and at Kupuri Beach Club. They were both lovely but we preferred Kupuri as it’s on the ocean side and the water was a couple of degrees cooler. Air and water temps were both in the upper 80’s and humidity was close to 80 so it was a sultry week. It was VERY nice to come back to our home with the perfectly air conditioned atmosphere. I highly recommend a stay here and nothing beats an ocean front location. You can be in town with a 2 minute walk through the gate or take the golf cart that’s provided. And the local restaurants are great!

This is my second stay at HDM206, and I would never stay anywhere else in Punta Mita! The home is furnished beautifully, beds and linens are first class, great network and TV options, amazing views, but the best part is our Susana! She could open her own restaurant, that's how wonderful her meals are. Plus she always catered to our every need. We adore her!! Hated to leave so we already booked again for next year!!

Probably the best condo/house I have ever rented. There is no question I would rent it again. Susana is an amazing chef and works hard all day keeping the unit clean between meal prep, we became good friends. The owner is easy to communicate with which is comforting and a bit unusual. Just spent 15 days at Hacienda de Mita 206! What a treat! This was our 4th stay! The property is lovely! It is well appointed and you want for nothing. Susana (the housekeeper/chef) is the icing on the cake. She takes care of everything. She is so accommodating! I can’t say enough about her. You will not regret staying here!

This was such a beautiful condo in every way. We especially loved the HUGE balcony with amazing views. The entire gated community was a paradise. We felt very safe and very spoiled. Date of arrival - March 18, 2021

The property was just as the photos are showing, just beautiful. The concierge team is very helpful and communicated with us prior our trip to arrange the different details; once we arrived our concierge was Yasmin, she was super helpful contacting us with all the vendors we needed to and even arranging all details for us. Susana is the chef and housekeeper who was just awesome to have every day of our stay. She is always smiling and wanting to please us with the delicious dishes she made for us every day. We initially planned to eat all meals at home, but after going to the different and beautiful beach clubs on the first day we decided to spend most of the day out and then come to relax at home. Susana after breakfast kindly left everything ready for us to have delicious dinners every night. She is definitely the best of the bests!!! If you are planning to relax and enjoy the beautiful beaches, this is a place to visit. Mike, the landlord, was always available friendly and ready to help us make our experience the best one ever with the multiple questions we had during the planning stage of our vacation. We had such an amazing vacation here; everyone has been truly nice with us and committed to make us happy!! We will definitely be back! ??????

The property was everything as advertised! Golf, surfing, town, beach clubs, etc... awesome all the way.

We have been coming to Hacienda de Mita 206 for 8 years. I was hesitant to write a review, because I don't want more people finding this gem! But since we have known Michael for so long, I figured we owed it to him to spread the word. First of all the location is absolutely perfect. The sunsets are incredible almost every night. We have three kids and over the last 8 years they have gotten much bigger, and we always have more than enough space with beds to spare. The property is enormous and the deck is fantastic. We done many different types of vacations there from family only, to big groups of graduating seniors with other families renting other units. It can accommodate two big families with no problem. Each room has its own bathroom so there is plenty of privacy. After the first couple of years, we were starting to look forward to seeing Susanna more than the condo! :) She has literally become part of our extended family, and she is a great cook to boot! The development has an incredible feel, and while it is five star, it feels more family oriented. Golf is fantastic and the fishing is always good and the whale watching in the winter is incredible. We have been many places with the family, and even went to Hawaii one year instead of Punta Mita, and the kids said they missed their "friends" in Punta Mita and didn't want to miss out again. The town is awesome. You can live every day behind the gates, or venture out to the little town and find fantastic restaurants. There is also a Four Seasons and St. Regis there where you can enjoy fancier meals or services. You have your personal concierge that you can text for nearly anything and they take care of all your needs and reservations. We released baby turtles last week and that was a highlight! Of all of our family vacations, Punta Mita and HDM 206 are always the best. Just don't book our week! :)

We had a fantastic stay at HDM 206! The home was what we expected and so much more. They went the extra mile to make sure everything was clean and sanitary and the lovely Susanna made delicious food and kept the place looking spotless. The views were spectacular and it was such a treat to drink my morning coffee looking out to the ocean and the beautiful sunrise. The property is within walking distance to great restaurants, coffee shops with smoothies, convenience stores and anything else you might need. It was great to have a break from all the craziness this year and we couldn't have asked for better hosts, don't hesitate book NOW!

We recently stayed at this fantastic property, traveling with our two teenagers. The beachfront location in Hacienda de Mita was incredible. Listen to the ocean from the beautiful lanai or walk down the stairs onto the beach for a swim. Town is an easy 5 minute walk from the property providing great access to the local restaurants.The unit is beautifully decorated, the beds were extremely comfortable. We had more than enough room for the four of us. Wifi was exceptional.An added bonus to this unit is Susanna, a lovely housekeeper/cook who kept the unit spotless and provided fantastic meals for our enjoyment. We had Susanna prepare breakfast daily as well as lunch. She was flexible around our activities and was always eager to please. The concierge service was top notch, greeting us on arrival with chips, guacamole and margaritas. They were on call to run out for groceries as well as make reservations for activities and restaurants. Our family did a snorkel trip to the Mariettas and an ATV adventure. Both were fantastic. I highly recommend HDM-206 for an amazing family vacation.

We recently stayed at Haciendas De Mita unit 206 and had an absolutely AMAZING vacation. We were first greeted with fresh salsa, guacamole, chips and margaritas. It was such a nice treat after traveling for the day. The concierge and Susana (housekeeper/chef) were both there upon our arrival to make sure we had everything we needed. They even went grocery shopping for us prior to our arrival and stocked our fridge so we could start enjoying our vacation right away. The place was beautifully furnished & decorated, very clean, sanitary and accommodated our family of four perfectly. The bedrooms are all very sizable with very comfortable beds and sheets and also have their own bathrooms. The outdoor terrace is huge with beautiful views of the ocean, sunsets and pool. We enjoyed having our morning coffee and sitting out there in the evenings watching the sunsets. The concierge was very accomodating with anything we needed and helping us with reservations, etc. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Susana. She was a huge part in making our vacation most enjoyable. She made breakfast and lunch for us everyday and dinner a few times. She is an amazing cook and we loved everything she made. She would set the table nice for us every time we ate and would basically cook anything we asked for. She kept the place spotless and was always very accommodating. You can tell she loves her job and goes the extra mile to make everyone happy. She even did our laundry everyday. We felt so spoiled and loved every minute of it. We were sad to leave Susana and this beautiful place and look forward to coming back soon.

Top of the line furnishings, televisions, internet communication. Most importantly for us was the warm, welcoming smile of Susana, the cook and housekeeper. I just spent a week in 206HDM with my family of four. What a great trip. We had never been to the area and had no idea of what to expect of the area of Punta Mita. On the ride from the airport, the environment was pretty much like we expected as we had been to Puerto Vallarta before. Once we hit the Punta Mita property, we were immediately stunned at the beauty of the vegatation and landscaping. Stone paved roads and immaculate grounds throughout. This is not a small area. There are plenty of safe, groomed walking and biking trails and seeing visitors scoot about in golf carts added to the relaxed, quaint vibe. Security at all property entrances added to the sense of security. The town of Punta Mita was very nice as well but more commercial with lots of nice restaurants. We ate at the sushi place SiSushi, and the Mexican food place Si Senior, both owned by the same owner. We were pleasantly surprised by the food but the atmosphere was top notch. I haven't said much about the property yet, as the photos are very accurate. Top of the line furnishings, televisions, internet communication. Most importantly for us was the warm, welcoming smile of Susana, the cook and housekeeper. We arrived late on a Saturday evening and she had margaritas, chips and salsa waiting for us that were delicious. We met her the next morning after she made an amazing breakfast for us. Her cooking surpassed our needs and we had breakfast every am and lunch most days at the villa. I would go back just for the service that she provided. The condo itself is enormous, clean, comfortable. AC in all rooms. Access to the pool and to the other beach clubs on the penninsula were just an added surprise. the beach clubs have great service and were very welcoming as well. Can't wait to go back. One of the top vacations I have ever had.

We had a great stay in unit 206! Susanna was the absolute best. We had her make us breakfast everyday and lunch for 2 days. Everything was delicious and fresh! The unit has everything you need and is very comfortable. Access to the golf cart and beach clubs was perfect. We also liked being able to walk to town and have dinner. We spent New Years Eve at the St. Regis and it was so much fun. Our kids really enjoyed the week. We can't wait to come back. Especially to see Susanna!

If you want to stay “inside the gate” but also have close access to the village this is the spot. We loved it.

We celebrated our 50th anniversary with our children and grandchildren at Hacienda de Mita over Thanksgiving. The location, the furnishings and the cook are fabulous. I can't say enough about Susana the cook and housekeeper. Her meals were wonderful and she kept the condo SPOTLESS. She was highlight of our week and we all wanted to take her home with us. She doesn't speak English but we all muddled along quite well. Our concierge Sara was attentive but the small problems we had were not resolved. The three main bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and beautifully furnished. The outside area and furniture are exceptional. The view of the pool and ocean are fantastic. We loved sitting outside, enjoying each other's company, listening to music in the evening. It's hard to find enough good adjectives to describe Hacienda de Mita 206 despite the small inconveniences and truly, all the inconveniences that I noted were very small. All in all a wonderful vacation. You will love it.

Our family recently stayed at HDM 206 and as per the pictures the property is located beachfront with beautiful views of the ocean, sunsets and beach. The beach clubs that your stay at HDM 205 are also beautiful and are just a short golf cart ride away. They all have amazing beaches, pools and attentive food and beverage service. The absolute best part of our stay was the care and attention the cook Savanah gave our family. My son and my husband both have celiac disease and Savanah was able to clean the kitchen, modify meals to ensure everything was gluten free and delicious. We cannot thank her enough. She was also an amazing housekeeper and the property was spotless at all times. Betty the concierge was also very helpful with providing us with information about the region, renting a second golf cart and proposing a good company for us to do a snorkeling tour of Marieta’s island. We had a fabulous time at HDM 206 and hope to book it again soon.

This place is very well furnished with taste and plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. It was very cosy to sit on the very large terrace overlooking the beach and the sunrise every morning. Very close to the village we could easily go there with the golf cart and enjoy the local offerings including two very nice coffee places where we enjoyed our morning Espresso. Susanna turned out to be a real chef! She made some local speciality products and it was absolutely delicious! Fresh fruits every day. She worked nonstop the whole day and you barely noticed she was there. Susanna made our stay very special! The owner Mike was making sure everything we needed was there. Having your clothes washed and ironed everyday was an added bonus. Each building in the Hacienda Mita had their own pool. We felt like we had the pool to ourselves. The beach clubs are very nice, especially the Kupuri beach club. One piece of advice, if you want to save a little money try to book directly with Mike (the owner) instead of the management company. The location of the condo was ideal. It is a short five-minute golf cart ride into town or a 3-minute walk on the beach to restaurant row. Our morning walks consisted of either walking the paths around the resort or a walk into town for coffee. You really don’t need a car. Getting around the resort and into town in the golf cart is really easy. Of course, plenty of water activities are available throughout the resort and Punta Mita. There is a nice variety of restaurants in town in terms of cuisine and price as well. All of the places we ate, including local coffee shops seem to use bottle water (no problems for us). There is a small grocery store (Mercado Ollin) that has enough of what you’ll need and is geared more toward tourist in case you forgot something or need to pick something up. The best compliment one can pay to a place is that as soon as you leave, you begin to plan when you'll be able to return. /strong> The place is extremely well-furnished and having a full-time cook/housekeeper made it so that we could have never left the property. We enjoyed driving the golf cart around Punta Mita and spent quality beach club time for great drinks and even better service. At the moment I thought that I might want something, there was a waiter within feet of me asking if they could do anything (yet done in a manner that was completely unobtrusive).

The condo at Punta de Mita is very nice and in a great location. Susanna is great with food preparation and very friendly. We gave her many rides to and from her home a great tip and a lot of leftover food and drinks. The property is beautiful and we felt very secure there.

This vacation was everything we imagined it would be! The property is in the most perfect location and the beach view was beautiful! Sara our property manager was amazing to work with not only before the trip but the entire time we were there! She arranged everything for us from groceries to cabs for golf. Suzanna the cook was beyond words! We fell in love with her. She was an amazing cook and the property was spotless but most of all she was the most kind women and the children, my husband and I cant say enough about her! The access to the beach clubs was wonderful to have, we jumped in our golf cart everyday and headed out for an adventure. The little town is in walking distance and all the restaurants were amazing. We ate at the condo for breakfast and lunch and went to dinner every night. We will be back for sure in the near future!

HDM206 is right on the beach, has incredible views, and is within easy walking distance to the amazing restaurants located on the beach in the small town of Punta de Mita. The entire unit is well equipped, comes with a personal chef (Susanna, who we used for breakfast & lunch), the concierge, Betty, is extremely helpful and nice, and the renal includes a six person golf cart that is a must to experience the various beach clubs within the gates of Punta Mita Resort. Mike, the property manager is easy to work with as well. The bedrooms and bathrooms are nice with the Master Bedroom stealing the show; you can watch the waves break at Anclote beach from your bed. The outdoor patio is spectacular! It has plenty of sitting space to relax, watch the sunrise, watch the surf, sip on a margarita or enjoy a siesta on the day bed. It also has wall-to-wall rectractable sliders that open up to the living room, dining area & kitchen, which makes for a great living/entertaining space. We will definitely rent again!!!

We had 8 people in Hacienda Mita 206 over Spring Break! It has a wonderful view of the ocean and pool. Betty was awesome to work with and our cook Susanna was amazing!

This is a beautiful, spacious condo in a perfect Punta Mita location. It’s even better than the pictures. We arrived with the refrigerator stocked and fresh guacamole and margaritas on the table. The concierge did a great job arranging dinner reservations, fishing and snorkeling trips, and also arranged for stand up paddle boards to be delivered to the beach club for our entire stay. Our family woke up everyday to a delicious breakfast of our choosing, and the staff kept the unit immaculate. We are definitely coming back.

We have vacationed behind the gates in Punta Mita many times but this was by far our most favorite location of all! Hacienda de Mita has great floor plans and even better outdoor balconies, but 206 is even more terrific with its ocean front setting and steps away from the gate to the adjacent village. To be able to walk to all our favorite restaurants was terrific. We also found the service of the rental agency to be 5-star and the concierge was terrific along with the talented cook/housekeeper! I can’t say enough good things about HDM 206, you won’t be disappointed.

The location of the unit could not be better with easy walking access 2 minutes to the local town just outside the gated community of Punta Mita for grocery shopping, bars, boutiques and restaurants in an authentic Mexican setting. Premier Membership and the 6 person golf cart, gave us full access to all the main beach clubs within the gated community, including the incredible Kapuri Beach Club.p> Every person in our group of 20 adults, think Punta Mita is one of the best places we have ever been in either Mexico or Hawaii but don't tell anyone as we want to keep it a secret.

Will definitely return to Punta de Mita and this condo. Concierge and chef are fabulous and accommodating. Location was nice. Next to the village for small beach walk to town for restaurants. Great beach and calm ocean for SUP, surfing etc. We went with three small children and they had a blast. Access to other beach clubs was great. We only visited the Four Seasons club and enjoyed it. Do yourself a favor and experience this small corner of the world, the hacienda de mita is the perfect base to explore the area!

The house was always kept clean and our chief made great meals for breakfast and lunch that the whole family enjoyed. Our concierge Betty was always just a text away, we had great overall service here. We were blown away by all the beach clubs available to us during our stay which were only a 5-minute golf cart cruise from the house! The Kupari Beach Club has a kids club which was a huge hit with the girls. Gorgeous views from everywhere we went! We have had multiple people ask where we stayed on our vacation after seeing our photos. We have highly recommended this place to everyone that we know. Can't wait to stay there again in the future!

Our family (6 adults, and a 1 yr old) spent 6 nights here in late April/early May for our daughter’s first birthday. I cannot speak highly enough about this particular villa - great layout for families, well-appointed, private, lovely daily chef/housekeeper and concierge service, sweeping ocean views from the villa, ideally situated within Punta Mita (a short golf cart ride to restaurants, beach clubs, golf, tennis within the complex and walking distance to great restaurants outside the complex). Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time at Hacienda de Mita. 5 star service from Betty and Susana. The kids (ages 5 and 3) had a blast. We spent a lot of time at the Kupuri Beach club which was luxurious and friendly at the same time. We went during low season so some of the stores were closed in town but there was still a lot to do. We would come back here in a heartbeat.

From the moment we entered the condo, we were blown away. There wasn't one thing that I could have wished for that wasn't already fulfilled. There was no other place I would have rather spent my 40th birthday. Thank you!

We are a family with 4 children (ages 3, 5, 14, 15). HDM206 is the PERFECT place for us and such an amazing property. Here are some reasons why HDM206 works out for us. Service is the reason we will be coming back. From the time you book your stay, the staff at HDM206 will be in contact to ensure you have everything you need before you arrive. Shirley helped us plan all our meals for the week and arranged for groceries to be at the unit when we arrived. Having a wide spread of kids’ ages requires a lot of different snacks and that was no problem for Shirley. She also arranged for all our transportation and excursions ahead of time. Then there is Susanna. I’m sure you’ve seen the other reviews and they are not exaggerating - it is amazing to have Susanna there cooking because her food is delicious. Her salsa and guacamole have ruined us for anything but fresh. She would prepare dinners for us ahead of time if we came home later and would have the breakfast meals already prepped for the next day to speed up service. You would think there was a team of people cooking for you rather than just one person. Oh, and in between meals preps, she cleans your whole house and keeps everything spotless, which is no small feat with a family with 4 kids. Finally, Mike ensures you feel welcome in the property by checking in and making sure you have no issues with ANYTHING. Amenities: The property is so well decorated. It absolutely feels welcoming and comfortable. I can’t say it feels “homey” because our home is not this nice. ????? It is an incredible retreat and so quiet there. The layout works for us because the 3 and 5 year old are small enough to use the bunk beds in the room that Susanna uses to store her cleaning supplies (everything is secure and safe). This 4th bedroom would not be suitable for any adults but it was perfect for our little kids. We traveled with a grandparent so the other 3 bedrooms were used by him, our older daughters, and me and my wife. These bedrooms were so spacious and comfortable that it was a good thing Susanna would make coffee for us every morning to rouse us out of bed. The beach outside HDM206 and the little shops next door to the complex and just so great and convenient, but having the use of the 6 person golf cart to explore the rest of the Punta Mita area and resorts is very convenient. I won’t review the area or things to do because you can do anything you want in this area. We ha We can't wait to go back!

We've been to Punta Mita on several occasions and this condo really can't be beat. Normally, I'd write a longer review, but since this condo is already so well reviewed with every detail imaginable I don't think it's necessary. Can't stress enough how great it was to have Susanna with us all week. Her food is amazing!

We've been to Hacienda de Mita 7 times and this condo is by far the most spectacular property we've ever stayed at - incredible furnishings, view and very hi-end art and decor - the photos do not give HDM206 justice. The staff is spectacular and Susana is truly a gourmet Chef - we've never had food at any other condo like what we enjoyed here. The whole experience was a once in a lifetime truly great vacation for us - everything was way over the top and wonderful. We will be back to this condo many times and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stress-free, totally relaxing vacation from the time their driver picks you up at the airport and delivers you back to the airport you will enjoy this experience.

Another What a wonderful stay we had in Punta Mita and unit 206! Everything was arranged for us by Sara, the concierge, so the trip was super easy. For example, after flying with 3 small kids, our driver that Sara set up was waiting for us in a cool vehicle at the airport. Then upon arriving at our unit, what a nice surprise to have chips and fresh guacamole waiting for us – and great margaritas for the adults. As everyone has said, the unit is beautifully furnished and not missing anything that you may need on the trip. The view was unbelievable and when looking out massive windows – it felt like we were the only unit there. Definitely have Suzanna make breakfast for you as it was a highlight of the day enjoying our coffee and breakfast on the patio and not needing to clean up afterwards. We ended up having lunch out most days so Suzanna made us snacks upon our return. Hoping to come back soon!

Another (3rd)wonderful trip to Punta Mita with family. Really enjoyed the unit and especially the location - so close to town, beach clubs and on the water! So many activities to keep the family busy as well as several great beach clubs for relaxation. Concierge was very responsive and housekeeper very thorough and an excellent cook(Tip: in retrospect, we wouldn't have had our cook/cleaning person there 8 hrs per day- maybe every other day or some 1/2 days- nice to have the unit just to ourselves). Would highly recommend entire experience.

The MOST inviting and beautiful condominium unit in all of Punta de Mita, Mexico. This was our sixth year going back to Hacienda de Mita, but HDM 206 IS BY FAR THE BEST UNIT we have ever rented - NOTHING we've ever rented behind the gates can being to compare with HDM 206. One of the reasons it was so incredible was the full-time Chef SUZANNA! She is at the unit 8 hours every day preparing breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks, which are incredibly delicious, truly gourmet, authentic, Mexican and European fare. Also there is Rebecca who does the laundry and cleaning; we would have only needed a few shirts for the entire trip (because she does laundry every day), we even came home with all of our clothes clean. That has never happened before. The deck is beyond words. It is as if you are floating on the ocean. The only way you could be any closer to the water is if you removed the gorgeous pool that is directly below your deck. Gentle waves put you to sleep at night, or fall asleep on the deck day-bed or other couches under the stars. The golf cart is just an added perk. It is not one of the older 4 seaters but a more industrial type six seat vehicle, which allows you to have pretty immediate access to the St. Regis Resort, Kupuri private Beach Club, Residents Private Beach Club, the Four Seasons Resort, along with all the multiple restaurants outside the gates on the beach! We also had access to some of the world's greatest golf courses. The concierge was very helpful, and Shirley always picked up the phone and handle all of our transportation to and from the airport, as well as handling scheduling our zip-lining, surfing excursions and reservations (though you rarely need dinner reservations). We have already booked next year, and resderved for every year as long as HDM206 remains available for rent.

At first she told us that she would not be able to accommodate our entire group in one van, and I was not willing to pay for two vans. Based on other reviews, I decided to book with a third party transport service that assured me they would be able to comfortably fit us all in one van, provide a car seat for my toddler, and provide water and beer for our commute. Also, based on other reviews, we decided to handle our own grocery shopping and the transport service would take us to the Mega store without an additional charge. The day of our arrival had a few surprises. First, our transport service was not what it promised. Our van was actually a taxi service arranged by the transport service. It did not have a car seat and my dad ended up leaning against the door the entire ride as there wasn't enough seating. Also, the driver who did not speak English, took us to a small grocery store that did not have all the ingredients we required. He also seemed confused as to where he was taking us. When we finally arrived at Hacienda de Mita, the driver was not happy with our tip and insisted more for the time he had to wait for us. I ended up cancelling the transportation services for our return. Shirley greeted us at the lobby area and had a grocery cart ready to load up our groceries. She escorted us to the condo and gave us the tour and some key bits of information for our visit. She was really helpful throughout our trip. The condo was magnificent and everything we thought it would be. It has a wow factor that any resort could not compare. The 900 sq ft patio just draws you out to admire the views. We spent most of our time out on this patio.,P> Our first day at the condo, a Saturday, we did not have chef services. We got in late in the afternoon so we got settled in and went to the town to enjoy dinner on the beach.

Hacienda de Mita 206 was just what we were looking for ~ a quiet getaway from it all. The pre-planning was excellent. My son has many dietary restrictions and the concierge worked with me to create special meals. All of the requested groceries were waiting for us when we arrived; along with some unexpected margaritas, chips, salsa, and guacamole. We also had the concierge arrange our ground transfers from the airport to the resort and that was perfect! Susanna and Gloria were sweet and worked very hard. It was a gift to have clean laundry every day! I didn't know how the "cooking" would go, because I wasn't sure we would be at the condo for all the meals. But, we learned to enjoy it. 9:30 am daily breakfast, then we would take the golf cart and relax at one of the beach clubs till 1:30 when we would return after lunch. After lunch my husband would usually take a nap or go down to the pool just in front of the condo and my son and I would go out exploring on the golf cart. We LOVED having access to all of the beach clubs. Not all units within the Punta Mita gates offer this access, it is dependent on the membership level of the owner of the unit. Each beach club was very different and I really couldn't tell you which one I enjoyed most. We ate in the town of Punta Mita most nights, if we weren't home eating leftovers from lunch. The concierge recommended 4 different restaurants in town and we tried them all & were not disappointed. It is a very quick walk from the condo to the town. You can also take the golf cart into town, but I wouldn't recommend it unless you wanted to go to the market that is on the upper section of town (just outside the resort gate). It's a very nice market with lots of organic options & still a simple walk but having the cart to get your groceries home is handy. There is so much to do in the area, but honestly we were there to rest & enjoy some quiet time. The condo was extremely quiet, you will not hear the next door neighbors & this was very important to us. The resort is overwhelmingly peaceful. But, there are still lots of activities to enjoy on the property; we went to the driving range at the golf course, paddle boarded, enjoyed massages (at the Hacienda de Mita beach club), visited the on property resorts, and did a bit of shopping in town. Beautiful days and restful nights. I must mention the comfortable beds and high end linens. Overall it was an A++ vacation.

I can't say enough about my stay in Hacienda de Mita 206. From the moment we arrived, we knew that we had made the right choice in choosing this property. First, I will say that the booking process was so easy. Michael and Betty were helpful and answered all of my questions. Mariana, our concierge while in Punta Mita, was awesome. She was waiting for us when we arrived, explained the property to us, and check on us while we were there. She made restaurant reservations, arranged for drivers, etc. She was great! The property was amazing. It was beautifully decorated and so well appointed. I can't say enough about it. The condo was so spacious. We were 6 adults and never felt cramped. The bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely, but the balcony/patio was amazing. The view was incredible. It made you not want to leave the condo! Suzanna (chef) and Gloria (housekeeper) were my favorite part of the trip. They were delightful. Suzanna made the best meals while we were there. Her pico de gallo was the best I ever had! We woke every morning to the smell of coffee and breakfast cooking. Lunch was incredible every day. She really spoiled us. And, Gloria was equally as wonderful. She cleaned and did laundry and ironed, etc. I can't say enough about either one of them. We all wanted to take them home with us. They were fun and very personable. Punta Mita is awesome. The beach clubs were so fun. The wait staff was so friendly. My husband golfed every day and loved it. We fished. We visited Sayulita. It was great. Having the golf cart was huge. We went to the town of Punta de Mita everyday, 2 or 3 times a day. It is just a short golf cart ride. The people were so nice. You can't go wrong if you choose Hacienda de Mita 206. We are already planning a trip back.

As a travel professional I am typically more disappointed with properties than happily surprised. HDM206 was truly an exception - my family and I loved our experience. The booking process was easy, the concierge was very thorough and truly seemed to care about addressing our specific needs, and our chef/housekeeper was remarkable. We laughingly called our meals "death through cooking", the meals were so good we couldn't help ourselves. We had not previously considered this area, and went based on the recommendation of some friends. There are excellent restaurants close by, great activities from which to choose - not least of which was the surfing. Overall we wouldn't hesitate to come back to Punta Mita and Hacienda de Mita 206, and to recommend this property! (P.S. HDM206 includes a golf cart, which is a big deal as you'll need to get over to one of the beach clubs.

Not only would we have only needed three shirts for the entire trip (because she does laundry every day), but we actually came home with all of our clothes clean. That has never happened before. The deck is beyond words. It is as if you are floating on the ocean. The only way you could be any closer to the water is if you removed the gorgeous pool that is directly below your deck. Gentle waves put you to sleep at night, or fall asleep on one of the deck couches under the stars. The atmosphere was great, our servers were lively and fun and the food was fantastic. They also did a little birthday celebration with chocolate cake and there were fireworks going off down the beach. It was wonderful. The next day we had Rebecca as our chef, filling in for Susana. She was a bit shy but prepared wonderful meals and was meticulous with the cleaning. Susana was our chef and housekeeper for the remainder of the week. Her margaritas and guacamole were wonderful. Every meal she cooked was beyond delicious. One night she even treated us to a flan, and a lemon ice cream. I couldn't tell you which meal was my favorite - they were all fantastic. Susana was wonderful and friendly. We also had a guest with a gluten allergy and Susana was always accommodating. The pool was very relaxing. We spent most mornings at the pool and had it to ourselves each time. We would float at the edge of the pool and watch the paddle boarders wide the waves. The beach was nice and sandy and was great for early morning walks. Security keeps a close eye on it so it really feels like your own private space. The edge of the beach along the water is really rocky, and when the tide goes out, you can see all of the rocks and coral in the shallows. It's not really great for swimming. However, if you want swimming and relaxing on the beach, the two beach clubs accessible with the condo are fantastic. Residents Beach is a little tricky to get to as there are no signs directing you how to get there. It is small, has a small pool, drink and food service and equipment rentals. The sand on the beach is like brown sugar, so soft! The water is very calm. This was the perfect place for some stand up paddle boarding if you are a beginner, and we saw several pods of whales from this beach. The other beach club, Kupuri, was our favorite spot to hang out. We spent most of our afternoons here. The club is above the beach so there are steps leading down. There are several coral and shells on the beach. The water was fantastic. Plenty of waves to body board on or splash in. The water was warm most days. The club itself has a large pool and a kid pool. Plenty of chairs, several bars, a restaurant, fantastic showers and beautiful views. We saw whales from this beach as well. The golf cart was a great asset. It is included with the condo rental for #206 (not true for every condo). We used it to take leisurely rides around the property, back and forth to the beach clubs and we took Susana home most nights because we asked for a late dinner time. From our patio we watched sunrises, sunsets, whales jumping, boats come and go across the bay. During our stay we had a full moon and it just lit up the beach at night. The two teenagers with us slept on the patio each night. We had Shirley arrange a boat trip to take us whale watching and snorkeling at the Marietta Islands. She got us a private boat with Captain Oyster. We had a fantastic time! We met him right off the beach and he took us right up to a mother whale and her calf. If you decide to visit the hidden beach at the Mariettas, this must be booked well in advance (which we didn't do). There are limited permits that can take visitors to the hidden beach. We did not get to go to that, but our Captain showed us all of the other hidden coves of the island and the snorkeling was so much fun! Overall, this really was a dream trip that made us feel relaxed and pampered on every level. The condo was beautiful and really felt like our own private paradise. We were incredibly sad to leave!

This was our third year going back to Hacienda de Mita, but this unit is far and away the best unit we have ever rented. It is about 4,000 square feet and offers two unbelievable master suites, another room with two plush queen size beds, and then two bunk beds and each room has it's own ensuite bathrooms. Beautiful set up for our three teenagers. The condo is outfitted with top notch appliances...professional viking stove, Sub Zero fridge. One of the reasons it was so incredible is SUZANNA! She is at the unit several hours per day taking care of your cooking, laundry and cleaning. The food is truly gourmet, authentic, Mexican fare. I would highly suggest giving them the number in your party, letting them know what you like and then let them decide on your shopping. Not only would we have only needed three shirts for the entire trip (because she does laundry every day), but we actually came home with all of our clothes clean. That has never happened before. The deck is beyond words. It is as if you are floating on the ocean. The only way you could be any closer to the water is if you removed the gorgeous pool that is directly below your deck. Gentle waves put you to sleep at night, or fall asleep on one of the deck couches under the stars. The condo is also completely wired should you need wireless or television, but the TV were rarely used. The golf cart is just an added perk. It is not one of the older 4 seaters but a more industrial type six seat vehicle. The access to the St. Regis, Kupuri, or Four Seasons beach clubs will leave you with a tough decision each day. We also had access to some of the world's greatest golf courses. The concierge was very helpful, and Shirley always picked up the phone and handle all of our transportation to and from the airport, as well as handling scheduling our ziplining, surfing excursions and reservations (though you rarely need dinner reservations). We will be booking this every year. Thanks for such a great time, Michael and Suzanna! See you soon! others. We all loved our week at HDM206 and we plan on coming back again soon!

I was very impressed as there is no "upcharges", they provide the receipts and you know exactly what everything costs. If you have any cravings for snacks or specific foods, the grocery store in Emiliano Zapata is stocked with American name brands at resort competitive pricing, worth it for the convenience! You will immediately notice that this villa is NOT furnished like a rental but a very well thought out home, with BEAUTIFUL art work and pieces. The kitchen and dining area is set up with anything you could ever need or want. The master suite is lovely. Every time I walked into the unit, I just sighed over the two chairs in front of the picture window in the Master Suite... that was one of my favorite spots! The view was exquisite. The bed in the Master Suite and the linens were so comfortable... you are guaranteed a great night's sleep every night! The whole villa is spacious and well thought out. The outdoor living room is divine and it was effortless to get up before sunrise in anticipation of it’s morning glory! Susana and her assistant Rebecca will MAKE YOUR VACATION a DREAM!!! they are lovely ladies who look after the details to make sure you know you are on a holiday. Our villa was immaculate and well cared for. The FOOD was DELICIOUS! WOW... who needs to eat out? You will fall in love with them… they are precious. What makes this unit stand out is it’s location. Hacienda de Mita is one of the view complex’s in the Four Seasons Resort that has direct beach access and a place to keep your surf boards! El Anclote is a great surf spot and when the waves are mushy, you can paddle surf. Emiliano Zapata has great surf shops to rent from or take lessons! The property is immaculately maintained and we loved the overall quietness of the resort. The COMPLEX and resort is MASSIVE and PARADISE. There are endless miles of walking/running paths. The Golf Course is beautiful, of course. The Beach Clubs are fun and a nice alternative to the Hacienda Pool. The menu at Kapuri and Residents is very reasonable and the service is excellent! Hacienda de Mita offers you a GREAT VALUE. It includes so many amenities, like the GOLF CART , a cook and housekeeper… and access to the beach clubs! I can not comment about the TV's as we did not turn them on once!!! The internet is great. And when our return flight was cancelled, I was grateful for a Vonage phone. We received our damage deposit less than two weeks after our return! So appreciated. There is so much more I could say... but sadly I am out of room! You should know this… we are already planning our return!

We had a wonderful week in HdM206 . Beautiful property, great view, all the technology one could want, wonderful service. Susanna was delightful and mornings started out right with a delicious breakfast. After a full day at a beach club, we'd come home to a clean condo with our laundry done! We did learn one thing ... if there's a maintenance issue, make sure the front gate (in addition to the concierge) knows someone will be coming, particularly late in the evening and help will arrive sooner.

This was our first time vacationing at Punta Mita and we will definitely be returning! Spent a week at this property and could of easily stayed another, the home is clean, well appointed, comfortable, great location and Susanna is an amazing cook! From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and settled in quickly. The beaches and the activities kept us busy and we always had exceptional meals prepared by Susanna every morning as well as lunches. The local restaurants are exceptional and just a short walk from the unit. Beautiful sun rises every morning from the large balcony over looking the ocean...amazing! Everyone in our group all had a great time and we will definitely make this trip again!!! Thank you Susanna for all the wonderful food you prepared!

We had the best trip down in Punta Mita. Susanna and her sister both cooked the best meals and our place was always clean. Shirley was very helpful and made all our dinner reservations and decorated for our dad's birthday. We loved Hacienda de Mita and the beach club. The only negative things were that we weren't aware everything needed to be paid for in cash so that would be good to tell people coming down since not everyone carries a ton of cash and uses credit cards. The only other thing I will say is that the unit doesn't sleep 8 because the room with bunk beds is very small and crowded. It's where they keep all the cleaning supplies and do the laundry. It would be hard for 2 kids to even sleep in there. My suggestion would be to take a lot of the stuff out of there and find another closet to store the towels, cleaning supplies, etc in. Other than that it was one of the best trips ever and the unit is beautiful! The view from the patio is awesome and there is a lot of space on the patio to hang out and relax.

We have travelled to Puerto Vallarta and stayed in private residences so were unsure as to how this unit and experience would rank. The in house staff was lovely and the meals prepared made this experience one of the best we've had! The view was lovely, the linens and bedding tidy and fresh, the decor was comfortable and the location was great. We would highly recommend this unit for families and small groups alike!

Our trip to Punta Mita was amazing. The unit was always kept very clean and Susana and her sister Rebecca made us the best food and took great care of us. The beach club which we get full access to is such a great way to spend the day. The people everywhere are so nice and friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone and it is going to be very hard to go anywhere else in Mexico from now on. It is great for kids and adults and we all felt very safe the entire time!

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW: • The limit of 8 people is incredibly strict. Do not bring more than 8 people. Infants and newborns count as people. They will not allow you on the grounds with more than 8 people. Seriously. • The set-up is one very large master bedroom (probably 800-1,000 square feet) with a great view, two very good size other bedrooms (with less view, but also their own bathrooms), and a utility closet / bathroom / bunk beds set-up (OK for small kids –no A/C in that room though) • You could get two families with two kids each here, but that might feel a little tight for older kids (although far better than a hotel) as there are only three ‘real’ bedrooms.

My family and I had the absolute lovely time in this most beautiful condo. The staff were wonderful. Susana was awesome. She took care of us from start to finish. Mike and the concierge were great in accommodating all of our needs prior to and while we were there. Couldn't ask for much more. Thank you for the memories!

On The Beach – Over the Top In mid January this year – we had an opening in our travel calendar and decided to meet up with some friends in Punta Mita MX. We enjoy our privacy and decided to rent our own condo unit for our 10 day stay. My husband is a stickler for details and searched the internet for available rentals on the Four Seasons Property, and two other locations along the Riviera Nayarit coast. We sent a handful of questions to the owner to confirm it would work for us. The quick responses from the MIKE the Property Manager for HDM206 to our questions made us decide to book this ocean front condo. We used email to confirm details such as transport to and from the airport to the property, availability of house staff and access to site restaurants, beaches and other amenities. As this was our first time renting from this owner, we did ask many questions up front to ensure no surprises when we arrived. The owner’s driver met us at the airport – quickly packed up our bags and off we went. A cooler with ice cold waters and juices was provided for the ride up to the Four Seasons resort. On arrival to the condo the driver carried our bags to the condo for us and we were welcomed with a beautiful basket of assorted fruits, snacks, etc. There was a complimentary fully stocked bar including red wine in the dining area (very nice touch), the fridge was stocked with a variety of cold waters and juices, beer, salsa guacamole chips etc. The grocery list we had provided was completed and checked with house staff to ensure our needs were met. The view was spectacular. It was like having a private beach all to ourselves. We settled in quickly. The furnishings were even more luxurious than advertised and the photos on the website. For future reference the added bonus of the updated nanny room was a pleasant surprise. The furnishings and art were over the top and far in excess of what you’d get at the Four Seasons Resort or at any condo we’ve ever rented in the past! The house staff was available for the duration of our stay. They kept the suite immaculate and we never had to ask for additional cleaning as they picked up and cleaned continuously. Sliding into crisp ironed sheets every evening was the perfect ending to every day. This service was better than what we received at Four Seasons Resort. The food was over the top. We entertained on 3 occasions and the dinner service was seamless and our guests were all pleased with the evenings especially the delicious flan desserts prepared in house. We don’t speak Spanish so we had a few language issues with the cook, yet she seemed to understand as every meal was cooked and presented to perfection. As for the staff – the Concierge was always helpful with reservations and directions. We stayed on site and had no reason to leave. We made good use of the gym and spa in the mornings and headed down to the beach club most afternoons. We took a chance renting this lavish condo off the internet and will now place into our favorites list. It was a superb rental delivering more than what we expected. We recommend that you do ask questions up front – the property manager was more than helpful to explain what was included and all of the multiple services available from their concierge. Definitely a 10 plus on our list – Can’t wait to bring the whole family along next stay – we’ll definitely be back again!!

We stayed at this condo for a week while attending the VI Annual Punta Mita Gourmet and Golf Classic at the St. Regis and Four Seasons. Having stayed at the Four Seasons the last time we were in Punta Mita, I was a little leery of staying in a condo but my fears were completely unfounded. The condo was beautiful, spacious and well appointed. It allowed privacy for our adult children and space for our three year old grandchild. The view was gorgeous and we spent a large amount of time on the expansive balcony enjoying the view. Mike was great in handling the rental and answering my questions prior to arrival. The concierges were very helpful and friendly as well. They put us in touch with a babysitter, Indie, who we all fell in love with – she was a total delight! It was a much appreciated added convenience to have a golf cart with our rental so we could travel back and forth to the hotels for the many events associated with the Gourmet and Golf Classic. We hired the chef on two evenings and those meals were extraordinary. We even had three of the chefs from the Gourmet and Golf Classic to our condo for dinner one evening and they thoroughly enjoyed the food that was prepared. The highlight of our stay had to be Susana. She was amazing! Her meals were incredible and she was awesome. We felt completely pampered and taken care of by her. We were able to concentrate on being together and having a great time as a family, Susana took care of the rest. We cannot wait to go back!

We have visited a number of properties in Punta Mita and after staying in this property multiple times; we cannot imagine staying anywhere else. It is absolute luxury and truly has the amenities of a hotel but the flexibility and spaciousness of a luxury rental. From the moment we arrive, we feel at home. Our dealings with Mike on the rental itself or recommendations have been second to none. Suzanna and Rebecca, who work at the property during the day, are fabulous. The property is immaculate and it is truly the only place we've stayed where I can fully relax and just let the ladies pamper us with amazing food and a spotless environment. We have found it best to allow Suzanna to pick the meal and do the shopping. She does a far better job of it than we ever could. The pool and area around the condo are beautiful and we have spent many a morning staring out at the ocean or reading a book down by the pool. The Resident's Beach Club is fabulous if you prefer drink and food service at the beach. The golf cart that is provided makes everything so easy to access, and like the property, is of high quality. Access to the restaurants in town and within the Punta Mita development is extremely easy and provides a good selection of either fine dining, or very casual and everything in between, depending on what you are looking for. Do not miss Serendipity, Casa Teresa's or Carolina in our opinion. Our later evenings are almost exclusively spent sitting on the gorgeous balcony with a few glasses of wine and great conversation while listening to the ocean. We are up most mornings to watch the amazing sunrise. We will be back. Again and again and again.

We have visited a number of properties in Punta Mita and after staying in this property multiple times; we cannot imagine staying anywhere else. It is absolute luxury and truly has the amenities of a hotel but the flexibility and spaciousness of a luxury rental. From the moment we arrive, we feel at home. Our dealings with Mike on the rental itself or recommendations have been second to none. Suzanna and Rebecca, who work at the property during the day, are fabulous. The property is immaculate and it is truly the only place we've stayed where I can fully relax and just let the ladies pamper us with amazing food and a spotless environment. We have found it best to allow Suzanna to pick the meal and do the shopping. She does a far better job of it than we ever could. The pool and area around the condo are beautiful and we have spent many a morning staring out at the ocean or reading a book down by the pool. The Resident's Beach Club is fabulous if you prefer drink and food service at the beach. The golf cart that is provided makes everything so easy to access, and like the property, is of high quality. Access to the restaurants in town and within the Punta Mita development is extremely easy and provides a good selection of either fine dining, or very casual and everything in between, depending on what you are looking for. Do not miss Serendipity, Casa Teresa's or Carolina in our opinion. Our later evenings are almost exclusively spent sitting on the gorgeous balcony with a few glasses of wine and great conversation while listening to the ocean. We are up most mornings to watch the amazing sunrise. We will be back. Again and again and again.

We'll be back. Spent three weeks. Condo was perfect for entertaining & relaxing. The beach clubs were great, not crowded. Suzanna was a wonderful cook & hostess. Tip: let Suzanna decide the menu, you won't be disappointed. All the restaurants in the village were good, some great, but all good.

First of all, Mike, the manager, is a doll and extremely helpful and knowledgeable and pleasure to work with. A very personable professional. He made sure all our needs were met and was on call for any questions or concerns we had. Secondly, the condo is everything it is reported and reviewed as being. It's immaculate, it's gorgeous, it's beautifully spacious, it's 100?achfront with breathtaking views. It's stocked with everything you could want plus they will grocery shop for you for whatever you want. It was just perfect. We are all still having withdrawals from Susana's cooking. Her demeanor is incredibly sweet and her cooking is beyond any expectation. We must have all gained 5 lbs on our trip as we ate everything she put in front of us. We had children with special nutritional needs which she was able to come up with incredible meals for them as well.....better food than most of the hotels! Which brings me to the genius of renting this unit. Staying at the hotels in the area, we never really left the grounds or had access to anything else. We realize we had been to Punta Mita 5 times and had not explored it at all! Staying at HDM206, you have access to the Four Seasons and St. Regis, as well as a gorgeous beach (Kupuri) we didnt even know existed, plus the chef and concierge at our disposal at less than half the price it would have cost us to stay that long at the hotels during high season. And the beach and pools at the Hacienda de Mita complex right outside our balcony was also just lovely and the kids loved it. We had such a more well-rounded experience in a much more cost effective way staying in this gorgeous condo. The one downfall of our trip was Rosina, the concierge. She was a disaster, but reading the other reviews, that seemed not to be her usual performance. However, Mike and her employer, Diego, quickly remedied the situation and took over and gave us the utmost in professional and personal care. I will never work with her again, but would request Diego again and be just perfectly happy renting this unit again. This is a very special place!!

Susana's mahi mahi dinner, breakfasts and her tacos for lunch were delicious. Chef Mario came in two nights to cook priviate dinners, and we wish we could have taken him home with us! If we were to do it again, we would have him come in almost every night! Rosina arranged our dinners, our activities, did our shopping, and answered our questions promptly. Peter Fuller, the wine distrbutor, was very accommodating and even made deliveries. And last but not least, Mike the manager, was terrific to work with in arranging our stay and in communicating on a timely and informative basis. Everyone was genuinely friendly and most gracious. If we have any suggestions, they are minor and would be only to advise that food and wine prices in the village seem high, so if guests wanted to save some money they could stop at Costco on the way to the villa to stock up, and then ask Rosina to help only with fill-in items. Of course, the tradeoff is convenience so it is a personal choice. And for technologically-challenged people, it would be easier on guests if the TV in the living room were simpler to work. We just returned from our wonderful trip to Punta Mita and the very lovely HDM 206. It was the first time in Punta Mita for two of the three couples and they were blown away with the beauty of HDM206. While the condo was very upscale and exquisite, Susanna and her sister made the stay even more special. Quite frankly the condo and with the staff were wonderful. It has now set a very high bar for any other location we may want to visit. We plan to return!!

Everything was fabulous. The fantastic condo, the beautiful interior, the location couldn't be better. A few steps to the pool and another few steps to the ocean. From the first moment it was breathtaking. Susana and Rebecca, the two marvelous staff, did a absolut best job ever to make us the most delicious food and clean up for us every day. Rosina helped us out with all our questions and fix whatever we asked for without a doubt. We travelled the hole way from Sweden without knowing not more than I read on internet, we could even end up on the beach without a condo just cheated ( who knows this days?) I can honestly say I had very high expectations, and for once, ALL my expectations was fullfilled with the highest score. How can I describe a place like this, all the beauty you see with your eyes, all the comfort your body can feel all the things you can do, the beachclubs, the experiences with the fab company Puerto Vallarta adventures and so on..... I can do the list so long. We didn't have time to do evertything we really wanted to because we were so pleased and satisfied to stay at the condo. We had it all there. The only thing I could complain is the 2 last nights there , we stayed for 11 nights, we had some neighbor called and complained at us that we were noisy. Yes, we were laughing and talking, we were 11 persons( we had some friends living in another hotel there on visit) at the terass and playing cards, so naturally our voices was loud. But the clock was before 9 in the evening, it was a friday and the same on saturday. Of course we stop and go to bed, but this incident was the only thing I could complain. We were so lucky that we had better neighbors the rest of the days, otherwise it could destroy the hole vacation. I mean, if you stay in a condo with other people, you must like people and accept they are living around you. If it's a big party nighttime, I fully accept it's not acceptable, but before 9 and just having a good time, not a party, it's too much. Maybe you better stay alone in a private vila without close neighbors. Except this, which I already forgotten by now, this was the best holiday ever with family and good friends celebrating my 50 years anniversary. From my heart: I will thank you Mike, to let us stay in your absolutely most stunning place, with light beautiful energies and everything that comes with that ;)

I read the reviews before we went and didn't believe they could all be accurate, but the reviews did tell the truth. It was a fabulous vacation in one of the most beautiful places I've ever been. The house suited our family perfectly. My husband and I stayed in the master suite which was elegant: huge window looking out on the ocean. The other two bedroom also had their own bath and suited our two sons and wives. The two children (6 and 8) slept in the bunk beds, and this room also had its own bathroom. We spent much of our time on the large and comfortable balcony from which we could see the pool below and the ocean just beyond the pool. We actually spent the whole week enjoying the pools and ocean. We surfed, paddle boarded, took "jungle hikes," explored the wildlife (jungle crabs, iguanas, hermit crabs, shells, lizards, tropical fish, and more). And we used the golf cart to get us everywhere we needed to go. We also enjoyed the Residents Beach Club and the Kapuri Residents Beach Club. Susana and Rebecca were wonderful! We had delicious breakfasts and lunches which Rosina arranged for us, including the purchasing of the necessary food. One night Chef Mario served us a wonderful three course dinner which everyone loved (also arranged by Rosina). We ate authentic Mexican food and delicious fruit. For dinner, we dined at the Residents' Beach Club, the St. Regis Beach Club, as well as the Sufi Restaurant, and all were delightful. Thanks to all who made our trip so wonderful!

We stayed with extended family - grandparents and children. Susana is an excellent cook. Meals prepared with love and very delicious. The unit is right on the beach and with the golf cart, you can access other amenities like golf or the other beach clubs. Only downside: The fourth bedroom is not really a bedroom. It's the laundry/utility room with a single bunk bed inside. No AC (a ceiling fan), so you have to leave the door open to get cooling in the room. Was not comfortable for my 16-year old daughter. If you want to sport fish, we highly recommend captain Lora.

The condo is very nice. wonderful ammenties. Really enjoyed our visit. Suzanna and Rosina were EXCELLENT. Kelsey too. Suzanna is really amazing! The only comment I would make is that it is VERY VERY quiet this time of year. We felt like we were the only people staying at Hacianda De Mita. This is good and bad depending on how much you like to be alone. The area outside the resort complex was not impressive although we had a wonderful dinner at Senior Re (I think was the name). The St Regis beach club made our visit. We spent everyday there and the service is the finest I have ever experienced. It was expensive there but worth it. You can play golf on thier course but you cannot access the resort. Security is very tight. You feel very safe wherever you are. My father is an advid fishermen and had some of the best fishing of his life. The captain that Rosina recommended was excellent and they chartered him 3 days. You will have a wonderful time if you go and enjoy!!!!! Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Susanna cooked an amazing breakfast and lunch every day and we had all the homemade guacamole we desired. Rosina and Kelsy provided excellent service and were always available to answer our questions or help us with transportation and dinner reservations. After long days of sightseeing, we "kids" relaxed at the pool while the "parents" sat on the lanai with the beach and surfers in view. We were within easy walking distance of all the restaurants on the beach as well as one of the 3 beach clubs on the property.The other two beach clubs were an easy golf cart ride away, as were the Four Seasons and St. Regis. The condo itself is immaculate and Susanna keeps it that way even with kids running to and from the beach several times daily. We were never without clean beach towels and felt safe having the baby crawl around on the floor. Each room is spacious and has plenty of closet/drawer space. While the rooms are great, it's the service and attention to detail that sets this condo apart from any other condo we have stayed at. In short, the setting is beautiful, the food at all of the restaurants are high quality, the staff are amazing - I can't think of anything else you need for a great time!! Lastly, the owner was so helpful when we were stranded in Mexico for a few extra days due to weather back home; he made us a Dinner reservation in town the first night, let us stay a few extra nights at his condo, and helped arrange our last night's stay at a local hotel. My family and my nanny came to Hacienda De Mita for a 10 day visit in august (before school started). The condo lived up to all our expectations. It was spacious, beautiful, gorgeous views and very clean. We were greeted upon arrival and shown around the property. August is low season for this area but we thoroughly enjoyed the stay. We went to the beach club associated with the Hacienda as well as the St. Regis. It was just wonderful and having a golf cart made getting around easy. Susanna was fantastic and a highlight of the trip. Her cooking was incredible and made our entire stay very enjoyable. I think this is a fantastic find and would highly recommend the place (especially if you are traveling with children). It was amazing!

40! That's how old I turn this year so I wanted to celebrate with a bang! We knew we wanted to come to the beautiful Punta Mita so we searched high & low for the perfect place. This property was perfection & then some. It is perfectly located on the water...and I don't mean near it, I'm talking "walk out the door of the building, take 5 steps & feel the sand at your feet". It's just a golf cart ride away from the golf course, hotels, restaurants. The photos do not do this property justice. Don't get me wrong...the photos scream beauty but seeing it in person makes your jaw hit the floor. It is exquisite. Every corner of the condo was thought of & cared for. The decor is to be marveled at. The bedrooms are amazingly comfortable & spacious. The balcony is huge & absolutely breathtaking. It is immaculate & well-maintained. You can tell that the owner cares about the property. Speaking of the owner, he was incredible. He answered our every question & helped us at every turn. He really made us feel like he wanted us to have the best stay possible. Then there's Susana. She was a gem. Not only is she kind & sweet. But, Dang, can she cook. She made us the most delicious meals & killer margaritas. Before our week w/her was over, I already missed her. The 1st half of my stay was spent w/my closest girlfriends...we stayed up late, relaxed on the balcony & ate great food. We went paddleboarding, whale watched, explored caves & sat pool/beach side w/drinks in hand. The 2nd half of my stay was spent with my husband & two young kids. We explored the reefs, caught sea creatures w/a guide, built sand castles & swam, swam, swam. Though each half of my stay was very different, this property was perfect for both. I truly would stay here over & over again. I cannot wait to go back. I would scream from the mountaintops about this place but I don't want too many to know about it. Thank you for making my 40th birthday celebration one I will never forget! Perfection, absolute perfection!

My family and I just recently returned from Punta Mita where we stayed at the most magnificent condo...Hdm206!!from the moment we arrived at the airport until we left, we were treated like royalty. Jose (the driver), Rosina,(the concierge), Susanna (the housekeeper/cook) could not do enough to make our stay "The Best"! You have to see this place to believe it. My only complaint would be that "We didn't stay long enough"

The property was exactly as it had been described in the listing description. The photos were good but nothing can really cap it. This was PERFECT!! From the moment Jose picked us up from the airport, to Rosina (the concierge), setting up all the fabulous excursions and dinner reservations to Susanna (the housekeeper/cook) preparing the most unbelievable meals...there is not one complaint about HDM206. My family says without a doubt this is their favorite trip EVER!! Recommended for: Romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers.

You can tell that the owner really cares about the property. Speaking of the owner, he was incredible. We never got to meet him face-to-face but he was amazing! He answered our every question...and believe me, we asked A LOT of questions. He helped us at every turn. He really made us feel like he wanted us to have the most unbelievable stay possible. And then there's Susana. What can be said of her that hasn't been said already. She was...a GEM. Not only is she kind & sweet. But, DANG, can she cook. She made us the most delicious meals and killer margaritas. She always had a smile on her face and was patient with our every request. Before our week with her was over, I already missed her. The first half of my stay was spent with my closest girlfriends...we stayed up late, relaxed on the balcony & ate great food. We went paddleboarding, whale watched, explored caves & sat pool/beach side with drinks in hand. The second half of my stay was spent with my husband and two young kids. We explored the reefs, more paddleboarding, caught sea creatures with a guide, built sand castles & swam, swam, swam. Though each half of my stay was very different, this property was PERFECT for both. I truly would stay here over & over & over again. I already cannot wait to go back. I would scream about this place from the mountaintops but I don't want too many people to know about it. Thank you for helping to make my 40th birthday celebration one that I will never forget! The service was fabulous!!! Mike is delightful to work with ...he was extremely prompt in answering all my questions. The Condo is lovely...everything has been done right... I am extremly picky about where i stay...I had origanally chosen the St. Regis but when my older son decieded he could make it I opted for a Condo... I was sooo lucky to find 206 Hacienda de Mita.. Not only was it beautiful but spacious...plently of room for everyone to have their own space ...and yet the great room and veranda were wonderful for eating watching TV and playing games... The Wi-fi is great...both my sons needed internet access... The golf cart made the trip perfect! We could go to any of the Resorts to eat and to the Owners Club without having to rent a car... We used Rosina...the concierge to buy our groceries...I hightly recommend that you use that service there is no where close to buy groceries...she also helped me with some gluten free products for my grandson...(I also packed some gluten free mixes in my suitcase and they were not a problem going through customs...they were unopened and I had my receipt just in case!) Suzanna the housekeeper/cook is great...she is very eager to help in any way ...she cooked breakfast for us everyday and some lunches ..her quacomole is the best!!! We went Ziplining...to the Islands(be sure it is a calm day..it was a rough day when we went and we had to come back early.. Dinner a must Bahia @ the Four Seasons..twice...Sunset..beautiful..Dinner at the Seabreeze @ the St. Regis twice...wonderful food and service.. The location is great...private pool and beach...you can walk to the resturants in the little village... and golf cart to the rest... Fyi the beaches are rocky and the undertow strong..you will need a Surf shirt if you plan to surf or paddle board.. I have and will continue to recommend this lovely Villa...

The property was exactly as it had been described in the listing description. The photos were good but nothing can really capture the panoramic views seen from the unit . . . It is a lovely mix of antiques and modern pieces. It is warm and inviting. It easily became our home away from home!!!! The veranda is large and inviting and the beds are extremely comfortable, and the bedding high quality and has been ironed. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would have in your own home. Suzana the chef/housekeeper is wonderful - she makes the best guacamole you will have on your visit, and what a treat to be able to et breakfast at home everyday and have someone cook and cleanup!!! I would recommend the concierge highly, Rozoni who helped make our trip much easier. I would recommend getting her to purchase groceries for you prior to your arrival as there are no grocery stores in the area; also transportation to and from the airport. We really enjoyed Ziplining; going to Sayuleta, our boat trip to see the Booby Birds (just be sure it is a calm day). I would recommend Bahia Restaurant at the Four Seasons and the Seabreez Restaurant at the St. Regis; and The Blue Shrimp. The golf cart the another BIG plus - you can go everywhere in Punt Mita, all other resorts, etc. I am so glad I found Hacienda de Mita 206!!! You will too!!! The Condo is in immaculate condition and you will love it! The owner responded to my questions promptly. I have and will recommend this property to friends and business associates. You will not be disappointed.

We enjoyed the proximity to the town and nearby great restaurants that we went to in the golf cart or walked to. The pools are great and their beach club was really nice. We though we would spend a lot of time at the St Regis and Four Seasons but we didn't even go there as it was so nice at our pool and our beach. We have recommended this to our friends as the place to go with couples or family!!

The area is safe and secure and our boys would come and go as they pleased and play in the pool, beach and on the lawn in front of the condo. There were three other families near our unit and our children played soccer, baseball, etc... Punta Mita Resort area and the Punta Mita Village is easy to explore with the golf cart that comes with the condo. The condo itself is large, well done and well maintained. A great family choice!

We've all had the experience of booking a holiday rental online- looks great on the screen. When we arrive there, we haven't a clue where the photos we saw came from. Mostly tbecause the place is a far cry from what you were expecting! I can say, for sure that Hacienda de Mita is like that --except it's so totally spectacular, well beyond what was online, no way photos or descriptions could possibly do it justice! As soon as we arrived, I marveled at our good luck. In fact, I really felt as though we'd gotten a bargain given the amazing luxury that extended well beyond the physical beauty! Everything was ready and waiting for us. Place was immaculate! Fantastic amenities from the toiletries to the wonderful bedding. The ocean view was spectacular. After 2 hours there, I was beginning to dread leaving. We stayed 5 days, really stupid. Next time, anything less than a week won't do. Yes, I there most definitely will be a next time! The delightful housekeeper was so unobtrusive, couldn't figure out when she made beds, cleaned kitchen and even did laundry. Her guacamole -- something she left for us in the fridge was an incredible treat we enjoyed with late afternoon cocktails. Homemade salsa was also great. Should have paid closer attention when she was making these. This particular unit was located just a 2 minute drive from the Beach Club as well as a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive from the charming little village just outside the gates. Great location. We were completely at ease, surprised by how safe I felt and by the security. I've been to Mexico many times but this was so special. Had no clue Mexico could be so elegant ! I highly recommend this unit to anyone interested in a special holiday. Before we committed to this unit, we checked many others in the Punta Mita community. Frankly, they seemed a bit cookie-cutter like, lacked character, no maid service, and no where as classy.

Our family of four (8 and 6 year old) enjoyed a remarkable vacation in Punta Minta-it was our first time there. The condo is beautiful and the property is equally as gorgeous. [This condo] is literally on top of the ocean . . . . Suzanna the made is amazing-we fell in love with her, her cooking and inviting personality. We will return to [this condo] again-hopefully sooner than later. This is a wonderful place for families and couples!

This was my first visit to Punta Mita and was one of my favorite Mexico destinations. The views and outdoor feel of Hacienda de Mita was spectacular. We really enjoyed having the option of our private pool or spending the day at one of the other beautiful pools within the Punta Mita community. Having access to the 6 person golf cart was so much fun and allowed us to explore the area. I would highly recommend this home for girls, guys or families--especially golfers!!

We had a wonderful time this past Thanksgiving. The Condo is spacious, ideally located and the support staff incredible. We had four children stay with us (age 7-11) and they had a blast at the condo. The condo is as nice as any five star hotel that I have stayed in and the photos are accurate. There is plenty of room for 10 people and the patio is huge. Our family would stay on the patio most evenings enjoying the sunset. The local help is great. Our cook/maid was a delight and cooked some of the most amazing food one can have. We were able to scoot around Punta Mita on with the golf cart that is provided. The kids loved that and so did we. Tons to do within Punta Mita or within 20 minutes (Sayulita for example). All I can say is this is the equivalent as staying in Penthouse Suite at the Four Seasons but nicer. I would highly recommend it and we had the time of our lives.

We shared this condo with another family making the guest total 6 (4 adults and 2 children). Our expectations were high, and we were never once disappointed. Our stay from start to finish was nothing short of spectacular. We arrived at the condo via the transportation service arranged through Rosina the concierge. We took a few short steps from the car and entered the condo to find it prepared for our arrival. Susana (the housekeeper/cook) and Rosina were both there to welcome us and familiarize us with our vacation home. Susana had prepared fresh salsa and guacamole. The kitchen was well stocked with items we had selected prior to arrival. The golf cart was charged and parked in the designated spot. The home was spotless. The condo is beautifully appointed and well designed. The huge outdoor patio was our favorite place in the house--WHAT A VIEW! We spent our days enjoying the beauty of Punta Mita.We visited the beaches at the St. Regis Beach Club, the Resident's Beach Club, and Kapuri Beach Club. All were outstanding, but the St. Regis was our favorite thanks to the wonderful service of Xavier. The Resident's Beach Club was great for the kids as they had a separate kid's pool and playground area. At times, we felt as if we had the beach to ourselves. We never had to fight crowds or deal with distractions/annoyances from loud neighbors. Each morning we awoke to a delicious breakfast prepared by Susana. She prepared whatever we requested and always went out of her way to make sure the kids were happy. We enjoyed lunches at the beach clubs. In the evening, we ate at some outstanding restaurants. We liked Blue Shrimp, Rosa Mexicano, and Margaritas. We loved Cafe des Artistes, Sufi, and Si Senor. All of the restaurants were very gracious in accomodating our kids. One night Susana prepared a great dinner for us in the condo including delicious mango margaritas! Safety was never a concern in Punta Mita. The gated resort community has 24 hour security. Even outside the gates of the resort, we always felt safe and found residents to be friendly and helpful. We found the golf cart useful in getting around to the beach clubs. We thought it was easier to walk to all the restaurants except Sufi. The walk is less than 5 minutes through a small gate just steps from HDM 206. If you have the opportunity to travel to Punta Mita, stay at this condo. You will not be disappointed! Thanks to Susana, Rosina, and Mike for making this vacation our family's favorite.

The natural beauty and superb grounds of this property is not done justice in the photos online. Situated in a very private setting, and yet also close to high-end retail and eating establishments, our experience in tucson was exceptional. We utilized this property for photo shoot purposes, with the corporate contacts and talent staying on site as well. Not only were the accommodations clean and orderly, the groundskeeper was available 24/7 for anything we need - without being intrusive. I would recommend this property for both personal getaways and corporate retreats! It was absolutely stunning..

We have been to Punta Mita several times and always have a lovely stay....but this unit by far is the best one we have stayed in! Pull into the parking garage and walk a few brief steps to your door.....open and it is where heaven begins. Beautiful furnishings a nd huge window and balcony with view to beach and ocean. Golf cart is a great benefit for going to play tennis or to the St Regis. Susanna the housekeeper/cook was fantastic.... I have never had better ceviche and refried beans in my life. I could go on and on but all I need to say is I am already signed up to return in January!

We were 8 people ( 4 adults ) ( 4 Kdis ) and we had the best vacation ever in hacienda DE Mita 206. Susana the house keeper makes great food and keeps the house excellent well Mantained. Rossina the concierge took care that everything is perfect for the day we arrive. Mike Myers did a great job and excellent communication in the process of the rental agreement. I Definetlly will visit hacienda DE Mita 206 again. We still miss all the fun and great people in Punta DE Mita.

Loved this trip. The beach was gorgeous and the rental was top of the line. The greatest part of the trip was the attention to detail that was provided by the staff. Loved Susana, she was our cook and made us the most delicious meals. We plan on going back soon!!!

Our family of five went to Hacienda de Mita in august and had a wonderful trip. The condo is beautiful inside and out with a magnifiscent views. Susan made us incredible breakfasts and lunches and kept the condo in impeccable condition. We enjoyed the proximity to the town and interacting with the people and your able to take day trips snorkeling, fishing, surfing, etc from your back door basically. The pools are great and their beach club was really nice. You can go to the St Regis and Four Seasons in the golf cart but it was not necessary for us as we liked going to town. We have recommended this to are friends as the place to go with couples or family!!

Hacienda de Mita 206 is more beautiful than the pictures on the internet. It was extremely clean and very well appointed. We debated between staying at the Four Seasons and a Hacienda de Mita 206 and after staying in 206 and visiting the Four Seasons, we made the right choice with 206 . . . . Susanna the chef made the most amazing meals. She was friendly, curtious, and an exceptional cook. She also made fabulous drinks. Rosanna was wonderful and helped us a great deal. I’ve spent several months traveling in Europe and seen every landmark and major city in this country. I’ve been to Mexico countless times. This was bar none the most fabulous vacation I’ve ever had. Because we had house staff we were able to do nothing but relax. 206 is a very short walk from the public beach where we enjoyed local food, drinks, and people. We scuba dived with La Cruza who was also great. 206 suggested a driver who was also fantastic. I couldn’t say something bad about our experience at 206 and in Punta Mita if I had to. It was spectacular!!

Hacienda de Mita 206 was every bit as beautiful in person as it is on the website. It was extremely clean and very well appointed. The housekeeper/cook was amazing. She made us three extraordinary meals every day. Having someone cook and clean allowed us to truly relax. I've traveled a ton, but this was bar none the best vacation I have ever had. The beach was gorgeous. The pools were beautiful. The public beach was a three minute walk away, and we had an opportunity to spend time with local people and enjoy local food. The concierge scheduled everything making the trip so easy. Our driver was fabulous. I would recommend this trip to families or couples. We went in off season and there were very few people there. It was quiet and peaceful. We spent hours a day on the huge and well appointed veranda.

The outside patio is enormous with a second large table to eat at, a desk to work out and another large sitting area to relax at. My wife and I often sat outside enjoying the sound of the ocean and reading a remarkable library of books the owner has on the property. The beds are very comfortable and the pillows very soft! Susana came by every morning to clean up and made us breakfast and lunch. Her quesadilla, salsa and guacamole are the best! We stocked up on food and drinks from CostCo and the Mega SuperMarket. We'd call Rosina to arrange zip line tours, catamaran tours and generally get advice on where to go and what to do. She'd always answer the phone and her suggestions were always the right ones! The location is fantastic and the beach is steps away. The restaurant row of punta da mita is about a two minute walk away with lots of great choices to eat. We went over to the St. Regis club one day and felt our suite was nicer -- close to the beach and the beach itself was nicer. There is a great Sunday morning market at La Cruz (half an hour by car) where we negotiated on some nice silver jewelry, had some great food and bought freshly caught tuna and shrimps. There are absolutely no safety concerns, either at Punta Mita or in Puerto Vallarta. The media coverage on the drug trade and danger is not fair and not applicable to this area. We knew our family was always safe and never worried. Suggest you rent a small SUV to explore the area as there is lots to see and great beaches to lounge at, surf at and relax at! Punta Mita itself is quiet in the evenings and simply a pleasure to visit. We will be back!

Thank you so very much for allowing us to stay in such a beautiful place. The decor and ambiance of the condo are first class but yet functional with large spacious kitchen and bed rooms and plenty of bathroom space!!!. . . Second, we (wife and three children 11, 9, 5) had a great time in PM; from the beaches, pools, food, and people…all was excellent..and my kids are already asking “When can we go back?” St. Regis is a must visit and the staff there are great! Teresa’s resturant is also a must visit! While I did not chase the little white ball, the golf courses looked amazing! Finally, Susanna, the housekeeper, was wonderful and Rosina, the concierge, was great. Thank you again for everything, it was just wonderful…and now, unfortunately, back to work.

This place is crazy nice! The accomidations are perfect. The housekeeper Susanna, just wonderful, is probably one of the nicest, hardest working persons you will ever meet. . . I would have taken Susanna home with me if it was possible. Rosina the concierge was great. Value, comfort, cleanliness, location, service, etc was all top notch at very reasonable prices. Don’t think twice or look anywhere else, this condo is a can’t miss vacation!

We stayed in the luxurious condo for six days in February. Although our weather was not the best, we had a wonderful time. I have never shown up at a rental property and had the property actually be nicer than the pictures. The condo is just lovely. The furniture and artwork are amazing, the beds at comfortable and the sheets were high-quality, but the lanai looking out over the ocean by far the best part of the place. We spent every morning having coffee on the lanai and ate every lunch and breakfast out there. Susana the housekeeper is amazing and her cooking is out of this world. The concierge is very helpful and attentive. We had a great time.

Our family of four took our first trip to Punta Minta in March 2012. We have two young kids ages 8 and 6 and we all LOVED it!! The condo is everything and more that the photos depict. We fell in love with Suzanna the housekeeper. . . The condo was plenty large for us (four adults, three young children). Each bedroom had it’s she took such great care of us. The place is spotless and she did all of our laundry. She makes AMAZING gaucamole and pancakes! It is also a benefit to have a concierge (Rosina) who can help coordinate activities and grocery shopping in advance of your arrival. Hacienda de Minta also made us feel at home. Everything from the grounds crew to the security/gated access there was such a strong level of comfort. The view from the patio is breathtaking, you are literally on top of the ocean. We truly enjoyed our trip, the amenities and the beautiful condo. We plan on returning next year!

This is an upscale unit in a very upscale property located in the Punta De Mita area of Mexico north of Puerto Vallarta. I stayed here with my extended family including 5 adults and 4 children – 1, 4, 6 & 8, and we all had a wonderful experience. . . in both the unit and the property and surrounding areas. The unit itself is very nicely decorated and maintained and includes plasma TV’s, and large DVD collection, cable TV service, free Vonage service for calls to the U.S., a local telephone for calls within the area, wireless internet service that actually works, very comfortable beds, and a beautiful kitchen with all the utensils and gadgets you can think of. In addition the unit comes with daily housekeeping service which includes prepared breakfast and lunch if so desired and dinners. The view from unit was spectacular. We saw whales breaching from the large balcony area on several occasions. All of these amenities really made this unit very special and much nicer than any hotel accommodations I have ever experienced. The property itself is very beautiful and well maintained and staffed. It is also very safe with security located throughout. I highly recommend renting a vehicle if your stay here is more than a few days and you want to see more than just the immediate area. Although the property itself and the small town of Punta mita (walking distance from the unit) are very nice, they are limited in food and shopping choices ( all are catering to the guests of the resort and are very tourist orientated) and offer very little in the way of the local culture. Visiting the nearby town of Sayulita ( 20 minutes) is highly recommended as there is much more life and culture to experience here however the accommodations in the area do do compare to this luxurious condo. Overall this is an excellent unit in a great resort which I would highly recommend. My entire family is very excited to return someday.

My family and I spent the holiday week at this property and we had a spectacular time. The apartment is spacious, beautifully furnished and well layed out. The public areas – living room, kitchen, dining area and huge balcony. . . were plenty large for us (four adults, three young children). Each bedroom had it’s own bathroom with shower and/or tub. The linens were soft, the beds comfortable. Access to the pools and beach are immediately in front and the balcony overlooks these areas. When my wife and I stayed behind with our youngest grandchild while she napped, we could still enjoy watch her parents and siblings at the pool below. There is a first class tennis facility ten minutes away walking, two minutes by car, which we took advantage of. There is a beach club five or eight minutes by car, with pool, beach toys, restaurant. This was a delightful area to spend part of an afternoon. The housekeeper/cook, Susana, is a warm and friendly woman who lives right in town. There was no request we made that she couldn’t easily and gladly accomodate. She shopped for food daily, prepared lunch and dinner for us and was patient with my pidgen spanish. Finally, the manager Mike Myers was always responsive to querries and requests, both in advance of our visit and during our stay there. We had a wonderful week and recommend it enthusiastically.

After researching all the reviews of places to stay in Punta Mita, I finally picked this wonderful place situated in a gated community but not far from the town and it’s restaurants. We stayed here 4 nights and wished we had more time. . . Mike gave us the concierge information and contacted Rosina who helped us plan a wonderful vacation. Rosina arranged transportation to HDM from the airport. Highly recommend this since the price is reasonable and very safe and reliable. Don’t trust the people who bug you as soon as you exit the airport. Also we gave Rosina a list of groceries which Susana would cook daily breakfast and lunch for our group. Delicious! Much cheaper than eating out and good quality meals! The town which is a short walk from HDM 206 but gated and has security has a wide selection of great restaurants. We ate at Rosa Mexicana for some authentic Mexican food and tequila and our last night at cafe de artistes which is slightly more formal but a great place to celebrate our friends birthday. One night we had a chef come to our place and prepare a surf and turf dinner which was the best dinner out of all the nights. The price is about the same for a dinner in the town and the chef brings all the ingredients and serves it freshly cooked while we relaxed on the patio with a great view! Golf was also arranged at Pacifico which is the island green and can only be played during low tide. Mike was able to arrange playing at Bahia which is more difficult but just as beautiful. Greens where fast and sloping. Not many people playing golf and tee times where easy to book. One of the mornings we made a boat trip to Marieta Islands and saw the whales, dolphins, birds and natural wildlife. A great trip and also recommended if you have time. The boat picks you up at the town which was very convenient. Later that day, we went to Imanta which is about a 15 minute drive to a secluded resort with breathtaking views. Had a relaxing massage followed by dinner there where the chef comes to your table and prepares dinner from their daily catch. The location of HDM 206 is perfect and can get around to the beach club and St Regis Resort by free shuttle transportation during the daytime. The place is very clean with all the modern amenities. The art and decor is one of a kind but the best part was having breakfast on the patio every morning or just, relaxing and watching the sunset with a nice cool drink! Several pools to take a cool dip and literally right on the beach An unforgettable vacation and will be hard to top.

Beautifully furnished apartment, spacious public areas, comfortable bedrooms each with it’s own bathroom, soft linens/good mattresses. Pool and beach immediately in front of building, very easy access and safer than a pool at same level . . . if you have little children. Great tennis facility nearby, delightful beachclub five to eight minute ride for an afternoon’s change of (lovely) scenery., Housekeeper/cook warm and friendly, shops for fresh food daily, prepares meals. All requests answered with a smile and an unequivocal “yes.” Manager Mike Myers responds to querries and requests promptly and in the affirmative. Very responsive to guests needs.

Mike there is no other way to describe the time we spent at this luxurious condo than utterly flawless, beautiful and extraordinary. The condo itself was the epitome of first class luxury, with its high-quality furnishings, beautiful views. . . and a unique character of its own. The sheer size gave each of us (my wife and I plus 3 adult children), our own private space, which you cannot recieve in any 5 star resort. The ability to use both the St Regis Beach Club and the Punta Mita Beach Club, and also play the Pacifico Golf Club was frosting on the cake. Susana, the housekeeper, and Rosina, the concierge, were exceptional and always welcoming. Susana cooked breakfast and snacks daily which left us able to relax and enjoy Punta Mita. The location could not have been better, as it was only walking distance from a variety of great local restaurants, especially Teresa’s. Hacienda de Mita felt like our home away from home, and we would absolutely love to return. Thanks for your hospitality and for making this vacation one to remember for years to come!

Our family of 5 (two adults and 3 small children) spent the Thanksgiving holiday at this amazing condo. The home was absolutely gorgeous, with the furnishings, marble floors and the spectacular view. . . The proximity to the beach and pool was another plus, especially since we were traveling with small children. My 4 year-old son and I would check out the tide pools each day and I think it was the highlight of the trip for him! Susana, the housekeeper/cook, is a lovely person and prepared a wonderful breakfast and lunch each day! I highly recommend this home for your vacation to Punta Mita!

From the moment we arrived at this condo, our trip was fantastic. Upon entering this “Unforgettable Hacienda de Mita” condo, we were blown away by how amazing it was. The terrace was gorgeous and provided breathtaking views . . . of the entire Banderas Bay, as well as a great spot for watching the daily sunsets! It was amazing to wake up and hear the ocean every day. We spent most of our time laying by the pool and enjoying the gorgeous view of the beach/ocean, and the location couldn’t have been better. We were a 2-minute walk to restaurants and shops in town, while still conveniently located to make the trip to Sayulita and San Poncho. The daily housekeeping and coking service was phenomenal and allowed us to truly enjoy our vacation. Everything we needed was provided, and then some. Not having to do dishes, wash cloths, pick up, make beds, cook breakfast, make snacks, this was truly a vacation. Every day when we returned to the unit, it was spotless! Overall, all of the services provided, organizing activities, stocking the pantry and the refrigerator before we arrived, everything promised, was more than we could have asked for. We’ll be back!

We just got back from a 10-day stay at this extraordinary property. The décor, furnishings, art, crystal, bed linens, are all so tastefully done that it made it hard to come home. ” The open floor plan, with the sliding glass-doors to the huge outside patio, . . . made the entire kitchen, dining area, and living room a huge and spacious living area, which was extremely comfortable for all of us. We enjoyed cooking in the well-equipped Gourmet kitchen. This vacation home was unlike any other we’ve stayed. The website photos do not do this property justice. We found staying in this luxurious, private, peaceful condo was truly a vacation. You would enjoy it even if it wasn’t situated on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world!

Our recent trip to Hacienda de Mita, in Punta Mita, Mexico was fabulous.” I had been to Punta Mita in October 2010 on a girl’s trip to the Four Seasons. We had a great time. I had decided that for my fathers 69th birthday the entire family would go to Punta Mita . . . to celebrate, so we needed a place that could accommodate, my father, my brother, his 2-year-old daughter, his 6-year-old daughter, my husband and myself. We found that place at Hacienda de Mita. I didn’t really expect this trip to be better than the trip to the Four Seasons Punta Mita. I was happily wrong. The condo has four bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a wonderful kitchen, living room and the most amazing outdoor terrace with the most gorgeous views of the Pacific Ocean. That is before the 5 pools, beach, great food and what Mexico is known for, the best hospitality in the world. The housekeeper could not have been nicer; she made us breakfast and snacks everyday. She catered to the kids by taking special care to make separate kid friendly food. The refrigerator was completely stocked with the food we requested, pico de gallo, guacamole, chips, and chilled wine were waiting for us upon arrival. On the day of our departure we were able to have a leisurely brunch and then leave for the airport, on our schedule, none of the checkout times you have to deal with at hotels. The five nights we spent in April 2011 will not be the last we spend at Hacienda de Mita. We are already planning our next trip there. I whole-heartedly recommend that if you are considering going to Punta Mita, you stay at Hacienda de Mita. One cannot be disappointed by the accommodations, amenities and gracious hospitality provided here by Mike, his staff, and the staff at Hacienda de Mita, and the wonderful residents of Punta de Mita, Mexico.

My family just spent a fabulous week at this condo. The oceanfront setting and the 4 bedroom unit was everything we could have hoped for. The unit has an exceptionally large patio overlooking the pool and the ocean. The furnishings . . . and finishes in the unit are first class. From the furniture to the flat screen TVs and stereo there was nothing more we could have wanted. The housekeeper is a gem and a very good cook. We were truly spoiled. We have stayed at the St. Regis and the Four Seasons but will return to this condo. The relaxing atmosphere, great local restaurants within walking distance, and the fabulous beach club are just a few of the attractions. The owner and his staff were always available and most gracious. One of the best trips the family has taken.

Beautiful, elegant and relaxing. This is as close to perfection as one could hope for. It overlooks the beach and the pool. It is quiet (except for the soothing sound of the surf and the birds in the trees) and provides a total experience that even the best . . . hotels cannot match. The elegant, fully equipped kitchen provided the perfect opportunity for us to make our own fresh quacamole and margaretas to enjoy on the expansive and comfortable terrace. If you are considering a vacation in paradise with your family or friends this would be the best way to do it. I have stayed in other condos in Mexico but NONE comes close to this one in elegance, comfort or convenience.

We had a fabulous time at the Hacienda De Mita 206! The suite was beautiful and fully appointed. The maid was lovely and her service excellent. The location was perfect, being right on the beach and also right beside the town. Would I recommend this vacation rental to my best friend? Absolutely!

WOW, it’s hard to explain the 7 days we stayed in this Condo. My friends Chas and Tracy stayed there last month and suggested we try it. Just to name a few things that I think make this unit far and above staying at the Four Seasons Resort . . . or Villas are: • The quality of the mattress in the Master Bedroom – better sleep than I get at home • The sheets, pillows, and plush over-sized cotton bath towels are top of the line. • The 5 large flat screen HD-DVR TV’s with Dish network are great – and the one in the living room has surround sound, which made watching Avatar incredible. • The DVD library has great movies than we could watch in a year! • Lastly just the experience of staying here – in a word AMAZING! We thought the weather would be too hot to come here, but the weather was amazing. Warm but not hot, with gentle breezes on the patio, making it a pleasure to use. The view of the rising sun in the mornings was spectacular; the sunset in the evenings breathtaking, and the sparkle of lights on sailboats and incredible lights of Puerto Vallarta in the distance was really glorious. It’s kind of hard to explain this unit, the only way you can get an idea is if you actually stayed here – then you’d immediately see how great it is compared to being at a hotel resort, or for that matter even at home. Being able in 2 minutes to walk to the pool or lounge on the beach with your own great furniture (provided by the owner), was really great.The guards even allowed us to leave the lounge chairs, tables & umbrella on the beach for our whole stay. The staff here is fantastic – having a full-time maid was great, and she was really nice and accommodated us with whatever we requested, making us guacamole and various other things whenever we wanted, washing and ironing our clothes, and she even went grocery shopping for us the first day we got there! You have to be here to believe it – we’re coming back here in October with our friends Chas and Tracy – we highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a real get-a-way and a great vacation.

As you drive into Punta Mita, you are immediately engulfed in its tropical beauty. Every aspect of the development has been thought out to the finest detail – from the cobblestone entry road to the splendid colors of the flowers. . . As we walked into the luxurious condo, we were struck by the quality of the furnishings and the magnificent artwork. This home has everything you need or want – multiple flat screen TVs with Dish satellite service, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, and gorgeous bedrooms with lovely top of the line mattresses and linens.The maid was always pleasant in accommodating our whims! The 3750 square feet of spacious living includes a covered terrace for dining, a working desk with hi-speed internet, and comfortable chairs and daybed for relaxing with a good book or Margarita. The terrace offers one of the best views at Punta Mita – pristine white beaches and panoramic views of Banderas Bay. There is a private infinity edge pool and we had the use of the private Hacienda de Mita Beach Club as well as the Punta Mita Beach Club with an excellent restaurant and spa services. A short walk down the beach brings a wide choice of restaurants. Don’t miss Si Senor for fresh ceviche. And, you must try Cafe Theresa for homemade pasta in a romantic Italian setting – open for dinner only. We enjoyed a week of quiet mornings, sea breezes, and starry filled nights and look forward to our next visit in Hacienda de Mita 206.

This is by far the single most elegant, relaxing, and wonderful place I’ve ever visited in Mexico. We’ve been to Mexico numerous times and always have enjoyed it but this condo is truly in a class of its own! . . . Unfortunately, the photos and description of the condo don’t even come close to conveying how all around spectacular the place is unbelievable; its furnishings, design quality, comfort, privacy, and convenience. Every detail has been dealt with spectacularly – luxurious bedding, plush towels, an amazing kitchen, beautiful décor and astounding art. The ocean view was breath taking! It was all enhanced by incredible sounds of tropical birds and waves from the huge balcony – large enough to include an additional dining table that can accommodate 8 plus a space as large as a living room and a work area. Leaving the condo was a real challenge. I could easily have spent the entire day just on the balcony. My one regret: not having been able to stay longer, at least 2 weeks! I’ve never been to any hotel or villa that compares. While room service is one thing that’s nice, nothing comes even close to the experience of a daily full-time maid who is both sweet and thoughtful, does laundry and will even cook. The convenience of a gourmet caliber kitchen was a great surprise. Being able to enjoy a leisurely breakfast in or relaxing with espresso is the best! This is definitely not the kind of situation anyone who considers renting a condo could imagine because it’s definitely a real home and a magnificent one at that! Finally, the location can’t be beat. Within the grounds are a number of wonderful restaurants, beach clubs and amenities. Outside, in the little town of Punta Mita, are wonderful shops and some absolutely world class restaurants. These are not wonderful “for Mexico” but really are excellent regardless of country. The local residents and staff everywhere were amazingly helpful, kind and charming. Safety was never even a fleeting thought. I’d go back in a second but I would definitely stay longer!”

Our family of four took our first trip to Punta Minta in March 2012. We have two young kids ages 8 and This is a gorgeous Property in a great community. Very close to Four Seasons and St. Regis hotels in Punta Mita. . . Delicious food provided by the housekeeper, spectacular outdoor patio, with a pool and beach steps from your door. Two very large masters, as well as a great room with two queens for kids, or even two more couples. Plenty of space and seating for a large group to relax.

Having stayed at the Four Seasons since 2001, the St. Regis in November 2008, the Four Season Villas in June 2009, and another Hacienda de Mita last X'mas, I can justifiably say NONE of them can compare with the beauty & comfort of this condo. . . . . I travel to Punta Mita frequently, and just returned home from a 17-day stay in this Condo. My suggestion to anyone reading this review is, if your interested in staying here, very closely look at each photograph, as although they do show the furnishings and art well they still don’t do this place justice. It truly is spectacular. Having stayed at the Four Seasons since 2001, the St. Regis in November 2008, the Four Season Villas in June 2009, and another Hacienda de Mita last X'mas, I can justifiably say NONE of them can compare with the beauty & comfort of this condo. One of the most startling things to me was my first impression upon entering the condo and seeing the art in the entry, even the hand made Octopus wall scones, then walking into the living room and seeing the furnishings, the spectacular view, and then on to a huge, extremely well appointed patio, was truly amazing! The patio has a great lounge area with a really comfortable day bed, a dining table for 8, a working desk with everything I needed, and an inspiring view - and still plenty of room to spare - amazing! No hotel, other villa I've stayed at can compare with this place. I'm used to getting room service, but having a full-time maid, who was a delight, and who could cook me breakfast and make me snacks any time I wanted was even better. Also having a kitchen like this one was truly a pleasure; morning espresso, fresh squeezed orange juice, ice-maker, just to name a few conveniences - this kitchen is better equipped than mine at home. I can honestly say that other places I've stayed at in Punta Mita were very nice – but in no way could they compare with this place, which is in a class of its own. It's too hard to explain this condo in words - you really do have to see it to believe it. I could never imagine being able to rent something like this - it's a really beautifully appointed home, not a rental condo. Originally I had booked this unit for 10 days, but I couldn't leave, and the owner was nice enough to allow us to stay another 7 days, and I’ll be back!
